<ul><li>Partner with commercial lead team to develop a robust business Revenue strategy to accelerate NRR growth.
</li><li>Develop detailed AOP Pricing plan to be executed &ndash; outlining key RM initiatives, timing, and financial impacts</li><li>Drive the creation of market portfolio pricing strategy, development of annual pricing plans/recommended actions and overall management of the local market pricing practice.</li><li>Develop robust Pack Price architecture based on insights and data analysis. This includes taking a lead role in cross-functional shopper conjoint study (P3+) with Insights &amp; Marketing and test different PPA scenarios to determine optimal revenue, profit and share. Ensure full accomplishment of Pack Price strategy across all channels while aligning Commercial/Category Team on optimal use of different pricing levers.</li><li>Analyze External and Internal Pricing Landscape on a periodic basis including:</li></ul>
Monitoring Retail Pricing Landscape and Pricing status across BU on period basis (e.g., Price Points, Price Tiers, Curves)
 
Conducting detailed pricing analysis across channels/pack types for opportunities 
Tracking competitors and multi-category pricing and pack architecture moves 
<ul><li>Assess pricing execution through regular tracking in the field e.g. share swing, rate/mix tracker, quarterly update on Channel &amp; Regional rate/mix performance by brand &amp; pack</li><li>Align mix strategy with commercial leads and develop roadmap and tracking to maximize NR, GP &amp; NOPBT, and assess delivery vs plan. Identify opportunities for introducing new packs and oversee execution to achieve targeted results</li><li>Drive the commercial agenda through developing a full-fledged deep dive and mix analysis to support the business through tough times. The Adjunct Aviation Instructor will provide instruction in Aviation Pilot program courses. Teaching assignments may include topics such as Private Pilot, Instrument, Commercial, and CFI ground school courses, as well as Advanced Aircraft Systems or Aviation Human Factors. Essential Functions<ul><li>

The Sciences and Mathematics Department at Texas A&amp;M University&ndash;Central Texas (TAMUCT) seeks an applicant to expand the educational and training opportunities necessary to meet the growing needs of industry. In Central Texas and in the Military, drone or remote pilot positions have grown progressively and will continue to grow over the next five years. For this professional track Assistant Lecturer position, specific duties include teaching select courses, in-person, at 10-week intervals starting in Fall 2026. The position offers a unique opportunity to apply real world experience as a lecturer, full-time for 2 years (renewable).
The instructor will teach a variety of Continuing Education Unit (CEU) courses for the Remote Pilot programs, as determined by department needs and individual qualifications. The instructor will be expected to perform the duties regularly expected of an instructor of CEUs including, but not limited to, meeting with their courses as scheduled, face-to-face, supporting student success, holding regular meeting hours in accordance with College of Arts and Sciences policy, submitting syllabi and attendance verification on time, and other duties as assigned.

Knowledge of FAA 108 organizational requirements.</li><li>
Prior successful teaching experience, including technology enhanced instruction. &bull; Evidence of curriculum or program development, syllabus design, or instructional innovation.</li><li>
Engagement in professional practice or scholarly activity, such as industry publications, conference presentations, professional workshops, remote pilot, or FAA/industry training.</li><li>
Experience with student advising, mentoring, recruitment, outreach, or community engagement related to education.</li><li>
Demonstrated organizational, administrative, and teamwork skills within an academic or operational aviation environment.</li></ul>
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Hours: Faculty hours; M-F; hours may vary by assignment
