   Build and manage a network of Change Champions across the organization.

   Qualifications &amp; Experience
  </strong>
 </p>

   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Organizational Development, Engineering, or related field.
  </li>
  <li>
   7&ndash;10 years of experience leading change management workstreams for large-scale programs, preferably within digital or IT transformations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven experience in complex, multinational, matrix organizations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong hands-on expertise in structured change methodologies (Prosci / ADKAR preferred).
  </li>
  <li>
   Solid project and program management capabilities (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications are a plus).
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to use data and insights to steer change decisions and measure impact.
  </li>
