The opportunity 
As a people and organizational change advisor, you will work with clients in delivering their HR and workforce transformation and organisational agendas and providing change management support with large scale business transformation. We require people who can build our service offerings, understand client needs, grow our internal capability and connect effectively across our global PAS and wider EY service lines to maximize our global knowledge and experience in supporting our client&rsquo;s people-related business challenges. 
Your key responsibilities 
You will be responsible for directing, designing and implementing major change and people transformation programs across MENA related to large-scale business / HR transformations. You will also develop people and change management strategies and business cases with measurable objectives. 
In this role, you will work in diverse project teams, together with colleagues from different service lines to address client&rsquo;s most complex issues and deliver full cycle large business transformation projects. 
In addition to the above, you are going to proactively manage senior client stakeholders, including delivering difficult messages and managing performance issues, up to Senior Management &amp; create value for the client by demonstrating thought leadership, bringing new insights and delivering service excellence. You will also manage and develop teams of consultants to deliver projects and pursuits in line with project plans and budgets.

Qualifications &amp; Experience

A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field (business, psychology, or organizational development); Masters preferred.</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of work experience with a proven track record of delivering any of the following: HR projects, large complex business transformation, HR value chain projects or change management and culture change projects.</li><li>

Develop and implement multi-channel communication plans, including executive messaging, town halls, targeted stakeholder engagement, and feedback mechanisms.</li><li>
Identify, assess, and address resistance; build sponsorship at executive and mid-management levels to champion change.</li><li>
Lead training needs analysis, coordinate training development/delivery, and ensure capability building for sustained adoption.</li><li>
Define and track adoption metrics, change success KPIs, and post-implementation benefits realization; report progress to leadership.</li><li>
Coach and mentor project managers, change agents, and junior team members on change management best practices (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci methodologies).</li><li>
Provide day-to-day oversight of change workstreams, including budgeting, resource planning, and integration with project management (e.g., PMO alignment).</li><li>
Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and change governance forums to align stakeholders and resolve issues.</li><li>
Stay current on industry change management trends, tools, and benchmarks; recommend enhancements to organizational change capabilities.</li></ul>
Project Delivery and Methodology<ul><li>
Support and Liaison with Account Managers and Client Engagement to create a formal change delivery engagement model as it relates to software delivery and consumer provider impacts</li><li>
Support the project manager to create a PPL fit for purpose approach to change, training and communications prioritizing PPL clients</li><li>
Embed standard change, training and communication activities and deliverables into Project Initiation, Planning and Execution and identify key dependencies between departments and/or workstreams.</li><li>
Create change delivery quality measurements such as adoption metrics, competency measurements, go-live score carding, etc.</li><li>
Ability to tailor message to C Suite Level Leadership in Governance or Steering Committees as well as the project team in a professional manner</li><li>
Ability to lead a team of change and communication analysts to deliver overall project change delivery objectives.</li></ul>
Required Skills:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's preferred).</li><li>
8+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management, with at least 4&ndash;5 years in a senior/lead role.</li><li>
Proven track record leading change on large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives (e.g., ERP/digital transformations, mergers/acquisitions, operating model redesigns, AI/data programs), including experience transitioning hundreds of thousands of users simultaneously to new UI/UX interfaces.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to develop and institutionalize standardized change methodologies with repeatable activities and scalable deliverables.</li><li>
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner/Leader, ACMP CCMP, Kotter certification) strongly preferred.</li><li>
Experience working in matrixed environments, preferably in healthcare or technology.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
Education:

Background in IT/digital transformation or shared services modernization, with emphasis on massive user migrations</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to develop and institutionalize standardized change methodologies with repeatable activities and scalable deliverables.</li><li>
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner/Leader, ACMP CCMP, Kotter certification) strongly preferred.</li><li>
Experience working in matrixed environments, preferably in healthcare technology</li><li>
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in delivering change large software template or ERP implementations with</li></ul>
Certification:
Certifications in facilitation and development (DiSC, HPT, Change, Creativity, New Leader Assimilations, Franklin Covey), organizational effectiveness (Talent Management Practitioner, Org Effectiveness and Design), and / or change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred.
