The Role:<br>
Our site in Burnet, TX is seeking an Analytical Chemist Co-Op to join our team for the Fall 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration, beginning in June through December.</div><div><br>
The co-op will learn operations of a quality lab from method development and validation to scheduling lab time. This position will combine knowledge of analytical chemistry with quality requirements and business operations giving the candidate a wholistic view of how a quality lab operates in a large volume manufacturing site with very special chemistries.<br>

What You&rsquo;ll Do:</div><ul><li><div>
Learn routine testing procedures for our specialty chemicals to provide data for Customer CoAs.</div></li><li><div>
Use knowledge of analytical tools to assist with troubleshooting.</div></li><li><div>
Use knowledge of analytical chemistry and interactions to evaluate and suggest improvements to current practices.</div></li><li><div>
Learn lab operations and assist in streamlining or making improvements to the process to improve lab KPIs.</div></li><li><div>
Assist in ensuring proper Laboratory cleanliness to support high quality trace-level data.</div></li><li><div>
