We&rsquo;re Hiring | Human Resource OfficerFatima Memorial Hospital (FMH), Shadman Lahore, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our Human Resources team. The selected candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure effective implementation of HR policies, and contribute to a positive and compliant work environment.This role requires strong HR expertise, particularly within the healthcare sector. Candidates with tertiary care hospital experience will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Lead and support end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding&middot; Maintain a strong talent pipeline for clinical and non-clinical positions&middot; Manage employee records, contracts, confirmations, transfers, and separations&middot; Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies and procedures&middot; Oversee attendance management, leave processing, and payroll coordination with Finance&middot; Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR service delivery&middot; Assist in implementing and managing the performance appraisal system&middot; Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and processes across FMH&middot; Support accreditation and audit requirements (PMDC, PHC, ISO, etc.)&middot; Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory guidelinesQualifications &amp; Experience:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with specialization in Human Resource Management (Master&rsquo;s degree preferred)&middot; Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience&middot; Healthcare industry experience is mandatory&middot; Candidates with tertiary care hospital experience will be given preference&middot; Job Type: Full-time&middot; Education: Master&rsquo;s degree (preferred)&middot; Work Location: On-site (Shadman, Lahore)Interested candidates are encouraged to apply as per the shared instructions.
