KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div><ul>
<li>Serve as the on-site inspection lead for meter station construction activities including piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and structural scopes</li>
<li>Verify that meter runs, flow computers, pressure/temperature transmitters, control valves, and associated equipment are installed per engineered drawings and manufacturer specifications</li>
<li>Conduct and document inspections of welds, flanged connections, fittings, gaskets, and pipe supports per ASME B31.4/B31.8 and project requirements</li>
<li>Coordinate and witness pressure testing, hydrostatic testing, and pre-commissioning activities</li>
<li>Verify calibration and functional testing of all instrumentation (RTUs, flow computers, analyzers, SCADA tie-ins) prior to turnover</li>
<li>Review and approve ITPs, Method Statements, and Construction Work Packages</li>
<li>Manage and mentor field inspectors; assign daily coverage, review reports, and ensure documentation quality</li>
<li>Interface with client representatives, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and third-party inspection agencies</li>
<li>Identify, document, and track NCRs; verify corrective actions are properly closed out</li>
<li>Review contractor redlines and as-built documentation; ensure turnover packages are complete and accurate</li>
<li>Maintain detailed daily inspection logs, photo documentation, and QA/QC records</li>
<li>Participate in project safety meetings and enforce site HSE requirements; hold stop-work authority when necessary</li><br>

<div><b>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</b></div><ul>
<li>10+ years of field inspection experience in oil and gas pipeline, midstream, or upstream facilities construction</li>
<li>5+ years in a lead or chief inspector role on meter station or measurement facility projects</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of meter station components: turbine, ultrasonic, and orifice meters; flow computers (Emerson, ABB, Omni); gas chromatographs; RTUs; pressure regulators; and ESD systems</li>
<li>Proficient reading P&amp;IDs, isometrics, plot plans, electrical one-lines, and instrument data sheets</li>
<li>Working knowledge of ASME B31.4, B31.8, API 5L, API 6D, API 1104, and applicable DOT/PHMSA regulations</li>

Working under the direction of the Chief Inspector or QA/QC Manager, this individual ensures all coating scopes are executed in accordance with approved coating specifications, manufacturer application requirements, client standards, and applicable industry codes. NACE/AMPP certification is required for this position.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div><ul>
<li>Perform inspection of all surface preparation and coating application activities on meter station piping, equipment, structural steel, and associated components</li>
<li>Verify surface cleanliness and profile meet specification requirements prior to coating application; document per SSPC/NACE standards</li>
<li>Monitor and record ambient conditions (temperature, humidity, dew point) before and during coating application to ensure application windows are met</li>
<li>Inspect coating application for correct DFT (dry film thickness), holiday detection, adhesion, and visual defects at each coat stage</li>
