As a <b>Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)</b>, you&rsquo;ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You&rsquo;ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.</p>

What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3>

<li><p>Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)</p>
</li>
<li><p>Collect data on treatment goals during each session</p>
</li>
