PMS works to improve the lives of marginalized and underserved communities across Pakistan, irrespective of gender, ethnicity, religion, or social background. PMS holds a valid Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) / NOC from the Economic Affairs Division (EAD), enabling it to operate nationally.</p>

Under the <b>ILMPact Project</b>, PMS aims to promote inclusive and equitable education by addressing barriers that prevent children from fully participating in learning. One of the key barriers faced by school children is undiagnosed health conditions and disabilities, including visual, hearing, physical, cognitive, and developmental impairments.</p>
<p>
In Dera Ismail Khan district, many school-going children lack access to routine health assessments, resulting in delayed diagnosis and limited educational participation. To address this gap, PMS plans to conduct <b>comprehensive school-based health screenings</b> for approximately <b>10,000 students across 25 government girls schools</b>. The initiative focuses on early identification, referral, and support for children with health-related and disability-related needs, contributing to improved learning outcomes and inclusive education.</p>

Objectives</b><b>
</b></p><p>The primary objectives of this assignment are to:</p>
