<div>Duties: Under the supervision of the Out of School Programs and Camp Manager, the PlayCare Attendant is responsible for the following:<ul><li>
Supervise and care for children aged 2-10 in the child watch space while their families utilize the gym.</li><li>

</li><li>Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions.</li><li>Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff.</li><li>Follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same.</li><li>Take the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role.</li><li>Address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations.</li><li>Attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the team&rsquo;s success.</li></ul> 

About You 
Required 
<ul><li>A high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Basic first aid and CPR certification to ensure child safety.</li></ul>
Preferred 
<ul><li>Previous experience working with children in a day care, camp, or educational setting is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience in child supervision, activity planning, or youth programs is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with health and safety protocols for childcare environments.</li><li>Interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and fellow staff.</li><li>Ability to manage and engage a group of young children in fun, age-appropriate activities.</li><li>Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children of various ages.</li><li>Ability to remain calm and attentive in a fast-paced or sometimes noisy environment.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children.</li></ul> 

Physical Requirements 
<ul><li>Engage in physical activities with children, frequent sitting, standing, walking, and driving.</li><li>Occasional exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases.</li><li>Squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, and bending.</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. on occasion.</li><li>Talking, hearing, and seeing.</li></ul> 

Primary Tools/Equipment 
<ul><li>Toys, games, craft supplies, educational materials, etc.</li><li>Phone, TV, computer, tablet, etc.</li><li>First aid kits, emergency supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.</li></ul> 

Work Schedule 
<ul><li>Adherence to attendance requirements as outlined in the weekly schedule.</li><li>Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet position deadlines.</li><li>Availability to work on weekends and/or holidays as required.</li></ul></div><div>
