This Childcare Enrollment Specialist is a full-time role working for our multiple childcare sites.</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage enrollment processes for a large-scale childcare program serving 162 children across 4 EEC licensed sites.</li>
<li>Serve as a primary point of contact for families throughout the enrollment process.</li>
<li>Accurately determine and assign the most appropriate funding source for each enrolled family based on eligibility and documentation.</li>
<li>Input, track, and maintain financial subsidy data for families, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</li>
<li>Administer enrollments for families receiving state-funded childcare as a contracted provider with the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC).</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Seven Hills Child Care Resource &amp;amp; Referral (CCRR) regarding voucher placements.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with EEC regulations and funding requirements.</li>
<li>Manage high-volume data entry while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Communicate complex funding and enrollment information clearly and compassionately to families.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with Site Directors to ensure enrollment capacity across all sites.</li>
<li>This is a demanding, high-responsibility role that requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple enrollment requests simultaneously, and comfort working with state subsidy systems and regulations.</li>
