Job Summary 
The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for children at the club. This role supports supervising children, ensuring their safety, and facilitating fun and creative activities that promote learning and development. Reporting Structure 
<ul><li>Reports to the Director Kids Club</li></ul> 

Day to Day 
<ul><li>Must be courteous and exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with the members/guests and their children.</li><li>Connect with members regularly and promote club/children&rsquo;s activities, including warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells by engaging with each member&rsquo;s family in the facility.</li><li>Promote the youth/day care center amenities, programs, and the club while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service.</li><li>Show professionalism and willingness to coordinate activities and programs with the children appropriately based on age, interests, etc.</li><li>Must monitor and actively always participate with children. Children must be under constant supervision by childcare attendants.</li><li>Must have the ability to deal appropriately with problem behaviors of children in the youth/day care center.</li><li>Assisting children with any help needed including serving lunch or dinner with drinks.</li><li>Must ensure the cleanliness of the youth/day care center.</li><li>Ensure that daily assignments are completed in their designated areas to uphold Club standards and maintain orderly and organized workspaces, arranging the entry area, and clearing any trash or debris.</li></ul> 

Additional Duties

About You 
Required 
<ul><li>A high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Basic first aid and CPR certification to ensure child safety.</li></ul>
Preferred 
<ul><li>Previous experience working with children in a day care, camp, or educational setting is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience in child supervision, activity planning, or youth programs is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with health and safety protocols for childcare environments.</li><li>Interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and fellow staff.</li><li>Ability to manage and engage a group of young children in fun, age-appropriate activities.</li><li>Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children of various ages.</li><li>Ability to remain calm and attentive in a fast-paced or sometimes noisy environment.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children.</li></ul> 

Physical Requirements 
<ul><li>Engage in physical activities with children, frequent sitting, standing, walking, and driving.</li><li>Occasional exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases.</li><li>Squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, and bending.</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. on occasion.</li><li>Talking, hearing, and seeing.</li></ul>
