Job Description 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Operational Leadership: Assist in overseeing daily club functions, including facility maintenance, equipment sanitation, and ensuring all areas remain orderly and safe.</li><li>
Team Management: Supervise Kids Club Attendants, conducting regular training sessions to enhance skills and ensuring strict adherence to child protection and luxury service standards.</li><li>
Program Development: Design and implement age-appropriate, engaging programs such as shell painting, scavenger hunts, kids' yoga, and nature-themed activities that align with the Red Sea's unique environment.</li><li>
Guest Engagement: Personally welcome families, addressing inquiries and concerns with professional discretion, and managing special requests to ensure a seamless family experience.</li><li>
Safety &amp; Compliance: Enforce strict sign-in/sign-out procedures and maintain detailed records of attendance, incident reports, and emergency contacts.</li><li>
Administrative Support: Manage inventory for toys and supplies, coordinate with departments like Housekeeping and Engineering, and assist with staff scheduling and performance appraisals.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>
Education: A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, or a related field.</li><li>
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in childcare or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Pre-opening experience is often a high-priority requirement for new Red Sea developments.</li><li>
Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certifications are mandatory.</li><li>
Personal Attributes: Impeccable grooming, an anticipatory service approach, and fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic or Russian are highly valued).</li></ul>

<div><div>POSITION SUMMARY 
Personally contribute to the youth program&rsquo;s team goal of providing fun, educational and caring services to the children of members and guests, in a warm and welcoming environment. Build rapport with and take a genuine interest in all children and parents utilizing the club&rsquo;s child activity services. Supervise on-floor operations and staff during shift. Act as a roving attendant at various kid activity stations when needed. Offer a full, varied, innovative, and targeted calendar of activities and events for boys and girls who visit. Maintain the facility and equipment/supplies to company standards for cleanliness and safety. Assist the Manager with special projects, events, specialty classes and party planning for the youth program. Participate in everyday activities such as organizing arts and crafts time, leading games, reading stories and singing songs. Promote the club&rsquo;s youth programs and activities. Assist parents in program registration and discuss any behavioral issues of child. To help keep facilities and equipment clean, neat and well maintained. 
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests&rsquo; service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
