<div><p><b>Responsibilities:
</b></p><ul><li>Undertake overview supervision duties on site to ensure general compliance of the works with shop drawings, specification and contract requirements and when necessary cause to address deficiencies associate with the same.
</li><li>Coordinate all aspects of submittals, review and approvals against contract requirements and when applicable report and advise on deviations from the same.
</li><li>Report on a daily basis to the Site Civil Engineer on all activities occurred on site.
</li><li>Assist the Senior Civil Engineer in all aspects of the final Acceptance of the work and close-out all applicable contracts related to the same.
</li><li>Coordinate with the team on site to ensure that contractual obligations are met.
</li><li>Gives clear, concise and understandable instructions to Contractors to avoid abortive works and errors. Follows up with Staff to ensure compliance with requirements.
 </li><li>Prepare Snag Lists and follow up remedial works until works found satisfactory.
</li></ul><p><b>Requirements:
</b></p><ul><li>Diploma in Civil with total 5 Years of experience including 3 years in Infrastructural Projects
</li><li>Should be organized and systematic towards work and be able to work independently with minimum supervisions.
</li><li>Middle East &amp; Saudi Arabia experience is a plus
</li><li>Strong knowledge of infrastructure
</li><li>Strong safety background
</li><li>Strong in all construction disciplines with the knowledge of &ldquo;HOW TO&rsquo;

Parsons is seeking a highly talented and experienced <b>Construction Department Head </b>to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals, ensuring their expertise aligns with the requirements needed to successfully execute construction management tasks. Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>
Serve as Parsons&rsquo; primary representative with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers during project execution.</p></li><li><p>
Represent the client in negotiations with regulatory agencies and at public meetings.</p></li><li><p>
Oversee the development and implementation of critical project documents, including the Construction Management Plan, Site-Specific Health and Safety Plan, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan.</p></li><li><p>
Supervise and manage inspectors assigned to projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.</p></li><li><p>
Oversee and coordinate the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.</p></li><li><p>
Draft and review requisitions, contract scopes of work, amendments, and task orders.</p></li><li><p>
Review and approve contractors&rsquo; safety and quality control plans.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain subcontractor files, ensuring they are up-to-date with insurance certificates and correspondence. Monitor subcontractor expenses against budget and prepare draft amendments as needed.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain the prime contract file, ensuring it is current with all required documentation.</p></li><li><p>
Prepare and negotiate changes to the scope of work with clients and contractors.</p></li><li><p>
Develop and implement action plans to address potential cost overruns, delays, or significant scope changes, while keeping clients and company management informed.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure timely and accurate management of change orders.</p></li><li><p>
Supervise the preparation of monthly construction progress reports and contract status reports for the client.</p></li><li><p>
Assist in the preparation and review of monthly Parsons invoices and subcontractor invoices for accuracy.</p></li><li><p>
Prepare quarterly construction management reports and coordinate related meetings.</p></li><li><p>
Oversee the development and implementation of the QA/QC Plan, including inspection and testing protocols.</p></li><li><p>
Supervise the setup and accreditation of onsite materials testing laboratories.</p></li><li><p>
Establish and enforce safety and emergency procedures, conducting weekly site inspections with the contractor&rsquo;s safety representative.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.</p></li><li><p>
PMP&reg; &ndash; Project Management Professional (PMI).</p></li><li><p>
A minimum of 20 years of construction management experience, including experience on mega &amp; Giga projects.</p></li><li><p>
Proven track record of implementing a zero-accident safety philosophy.</p></li><li><p>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>
CCM&reg; &ndash; Certified Construction Manager (CMAA).</p></li><li><p>
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management and stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p></p>
