Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to support our transportation infrastructure projects across the West Coast region. Develop horizontal and vertical alignments, analyze cross-sections, calculate superelevation, and prepare grading plans.</li><li>

Design highway interchanges, ramps, roundabouts, toll lanes, intersection improvements, and roadway rehabilitations/widenings.</li><li>

Produce designs using MicroStation, InRoads/OpenRoads, and Civil 3D (or similar platforms).</li><li>

Develop and review traffic control and Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plans; familiarity with construction methods and sequencing is highly desirable.</li><li>
Review supplier and contractor submittals, perform technical bid analyses, and provide design clarifications during construction.</li><li>
Prepare and issue technical specifications, datasheets, and other construction documentation.</li><li>
May provide professional engineer stamp and signature, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.</li><li>
Perform multi-modal facility designs.</li><li>

We have been providing innovative engineering solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors since 1987.</p><p>The Engineering Department is seeking highly motivated and skilled engineers to join our team.</p><p><b>Job Overview</b></p><p>The ideal candidate should direct and oversee engineering works at construction sites, resolve issues, and ensure that work is completed according to specifications.</p><p><b>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Conduct traffic impact assessments (TIA) and transport studies.</li><li>Prepare traffic forecasts and demand modeling.</li><li>Perform capacity analysis of road networks and intersections.</li><li>Develop transport master plans and mobility strategies.</li><li>Conduct origin-destination (O-D) studies.</li><li>Analyze traffic growth projections and land-use impacts.</li><li>Conduct microsimulation modeling (e.g., VISSIM, SIDRA, SYNCHRO).</li><li>AutoCAD / Micro-station</li><li>AutoTrack / AutoTurn software</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Minimum bachelor's degree in relevant <b>Engineering</b> or equivalent <b>[Required]</b></li><li>5+ years experience in minimum of 5 years of experience in safe design entry/exits, car parking areas and multi-story car parks.</li><li>5+ years experience in <b>AutoCAD / Micro-station, AutoTrack / AutoTurn software, VISSIM, SIDRA, SYNCHRO</b> and <b>Microsoft Office</b> applications <b>[Required]</b></li><li>Professional engineering license (CRPEP) [Preferred]</li><li>Strong project management, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills in the English language [Preferred]</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: From BD1.000 per month</p>
