The Commercial Claims Counsel should have experience advising claims organizations in insurance coverage and claims-related litigation arising from commercial insurance policies. The Commercial Claims Counsel will be expected to provide legal services and advice regarding commercial insurance claims of heightened complexity, complex extracontractual matters, bad faith, and other major litigation and manage large-scale projects. This role will partner closely with other business teams, while forming part of a collaborative legal department that is valued for its practical advice. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of relevant substantive experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, including experience managing or litigating bad faith or extra-contractual allegations.
