Job OverviewThe Illinois Works (ILW), Instructor has a vital role in educating and guiding program participants. Specifically, the ILW Instructor will be responsible for delivering occupational skills training, as well as developing curriculum and lead instruction for construction industry courses, such as NCCER Core Construction and OSHA-10, providing delivery and coordination of classroom, hands-on, and worksite training, in the areas of employability skills, construction math and mechanical aptitude training/tutoring.
