Primary Responsibilities: 
As a Cleaning Crew Member, your main focus will be on maintaining a clean and safe environment for our valued members. Your duties will include:

<li>Performing regular cleaning tasks following our cleaning checklist.</li>
<li>Ensuring the gym facility and equipment are clean and in top condition.</li>
<li>Keeping all areas litter-free through tasks like vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sweeping.</li>
<li>Cleaning windows, mirrors, cardio and weight equipment, classrooms, functional training areas, turf areas, and bathrooms.</li>
<li>Disposing of trash in designated dumpsters.</li>
<li>Communicating maintenance needs, such as repairs or replacements, to the site manager.</li>
</ul>
Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
To excel in this role, you'll need:

<li>The ability to work independently and follow both written and oral directions.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with team members and gym members.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and their usage.</li>

Requirements: 
To be eligible for this role, you should have:

<li>Prior janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning experience (preferred).</li>

Position Overview
The Cleaning Crew team member plays a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and team members alike. This position is responsible for maintaining all gym facilities, amenities, and equipment in &ldquo;like-new&rdquo; condition at all times. By delivering a consistently &ldquo;clean and crisp&rdquo; experience, the Cleaning Attendant ensures the highest standards of health, safety, and hospitality throughout the club. Key responsibilities include managing daily and deep-cleaning checklists, upholding cleanliness standards, and supporting a positive member experience through attention to detail and care.
Cleaning Crew Responsibilities<ul><li>
Greet all members and guests warmly to create a welcoming environment.</li><li>
Maintain knowledge of club facilities, services, and schedules to assist members when needed.</li><li>
Perform all cleaning tasks according to the established cleaning playbook and daily/deep-cleaning checklists.</li><li>
Work with a sense of urgency to complete cleaning requirements promptly and efficiently.</li><li>
Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.</li><li>
Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.</li><li>
Provide accurate information about Crunch brand offerings when asked by members or guests.</li></ul>
