Position Overview</b></h3>
<p>
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support in a healthcare setting. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations by supporting staff, clinicians, and patients through effective communication, organization, and coordination.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Perform general clerical duties including filing, indexing, data entry, and document management</li>
<li>Serve as the front-desk point of contact, greeting patients, visitors, and staff professionally</li>
<li>Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars</li>
<li>Prepare and format correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents</li>
<li>Operate standard office equipment such as computers, copiers, and fax machines</li>
<li>Enter and maintain accurate data while ensuring confidentiality</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service and assist with patient inquiries</li>
<li>Coordinate with nurses, physicians, and healthcare staff to support workflow</li>
<li>Maintain an organized and efficient work environment</li>
<li>Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Skills &amp; Competencies</b></h3>
<ul><li>Minimum typing speed of 50 keystrokes per minute</li>
<li>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>High level of professionalism, organization, and reliability</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Education &amp; Experience</b></h3>
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li>
<li>Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)</li>
