<div>As a member of the Healthcare Solutions team and under the supervision of a manager, an Account Manager is responsible for servicing and supporting Inmar's healthcare clients who use proprietary solutions such as RASMAS, RXTransparent, and MedEx TraySafe. 
 
The MedEx TraySafe solution is a comprehensive management system for hospital pharmacies addressing medication tray, cart, and delivery issues including delays, missing items, and diversion prevention. This role requires not only client relationship management but also technical expertise in Linux/Ubuntu environments, TraySafe kiosk/mobile system support, and troubleshooting hardware/software integrations. 
 
An Account Manager must understand the underlying technology (servers, kiosks, cameras, Zebra printers, CUPS, and networking) to provide effective support. They collaborate across teams (Sales, Development, Engineering, Strategy) to grow the business, ensure high adoption rates, and resolve technical issues through troubleshooting, remote support, and client training.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
Primary Accountabilities:

Required Qualifications:</h2><ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree (Bachelor&rsquo;s preferred) OR equivalent combination of training/experience.</li><li>

Linux/Ubuntu administration experience (config files, terminal commands, docker management).</li><li>

<div><div>Job Title: Patient Account Representative 
Department: Billing 
Reports To: Billing Manger/ HR Director 
 
The primary function of this position will be to be the main point of contact for patients that are calling in to the practice to discuss their balances, collect payments over the phone, set up payment plans, etc. This person will communicate with patients, and coworkers, and practice leadership by answering a busy telephone queue, emails, chat messages, and TEAMs messages to assist with any questions regarding balances, billing, collections and reimbursement. This candidate must have a comfort level the provide a thorough explanation of benefits to patients, and properly explains reasoning behind balances and collections.</div><div>

Required skills and qualifications</div><div>
Technical skills: 
Proficiency with medical billing and electronic health record (EHR) software. 
Understanding of medical coding systems like CPT and ICD-10. 
Familiarity with claim forms, such as CMS-1500 and UB-04. 
Soft skills: 
Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with patients, co-workers, and practice leadership. 
Exceptional organizational and attention to detail. 
Problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve billing discrepancies. 
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Education and experience: 
High school diploma or equivalent required. 
Previous experience in medical billing or a related field is a plus.</div><div>

Pay Scale: The hourly pay range for this position is $17.50-$25.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. 
 
Benefit Offerings: 
DCND offers a variety of benefits for full-time employees, including employer paid life and short term disability insurance, employer sponsored health, dental, and vision insurances. DCND also offers additional optional employee paid benefits including additional Life, Critical Illness, and Long Term Disability insurance. Time off for this position would be faccrued per pay period. Employees in their first year of employment accrue 96 hours of PTO.
