Client Accounting Services: 
Our Client Accounting Services Group has been around for over 20 years and is made up of dedicated personnel whose only assignments are supporting our client base. We are full-time CPAs, CMAs, Accountants and Business Managers. We understand the issues that Controllers and CFOs face every day &ndash; and our technology, experience and flexibility add real value. Accounting Consulting for us is not something that fills our downtime; it is our focus all year long. Our services range from bookkeeping to budgeting and forecasting. Our Client Accounting Services Team ensures our clients have the information and advice they require to run their business/organization. 
Responsibilities: (would vary based on the specific client engagements that change during the year) 
<ul><li>
Project based accounting work for various local clients. 
</li><li>
Managing client&rsquo;s full financial statement reporting process including cash flow and disclosures. 
</li><li>
Assisting with supervising the accounting department at various clients or internal accounting staff. Depending on engagement may assist with setting up, processing or managing A/P, A/R, payroll, prepare bank reconciliations, etc. 
</li><li>
Analyzing general ledger process, identify and clean up any account errors. 
</li><li>
Managing short-term/long-term cash flow needs. 
</li><li>
Communicating reporting requirements with clients and banks. 
</li><li>
Assessing client's accounting needs and creating proposals if necessary. 
</li><li>
Setting up the accounting ledgers or systems for emerging businesses. 
</li><li>
Reviewing outstanding receivables and analyze allowance for doubtful accounts. 
</li><li>
Updating and maintaining clients&rsquo; annual operating plan/budgets.

Coordinating all accounting efforts with external auditors, tax preparers, supervision of staff, and regular communications with owners and financial institutions.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Requirements</h3><div></div> 
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting along with a minimum of six years accounting/month close responsibilities (two of those years working in an accounting management controller type role) is required. Industry accounting experience in service, manufacturing, or distribution is preferred. Experience working in a public accounting firm is highly recommended. Experience with QuickBooks/Intacct and/or other accounting systems are required. Strong communication and relationship building skills are necessary. The ideal candidate must be able to meet deadlines, be proactive and have solid multi-tasking skills. Possess strong analytical skills and have a solid business knowledge as it relates to operations and procedures. CPA or CMA is a plus, but not required. 
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $92,000-$115,000 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is base pay only and does not consider other components that makeup the total rewards package for the position such as eligibility to receive discretionary management bonus incentives. This range is a reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and/or education and geographic location. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the capabilities and experience of the candidate. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills and a high level of accuracy and ownership over the bookkeeping process.Highlights of the Role:<ul><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for small business clients for accounting &amp; bookkeeping services</li><li>Work independently to perform bookkeeping and payroll services</li><li>Work from home; position is 100% remote</li><li>Ensure timely, accurate, and quality work deliverables</li><li>Receive competitive base compensation</li></ul>The Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>Is QuickBooks Certified</li><li>Has at least 3 years of client-facing accounting experience, serving as the primary contact for engagements</li><li>Is confident to serve clients independently (resources provided)</li><li>Is able to work effectively and efficiently on tasks</li></ul>Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and communicate directly regarding bookkeeping questions and requests</li><li>Provide full-service accounting and bookkeeping services to diverse clientele, including business owners, real estate investors, and high-income or high-net worth individuals.</li><li>Collaborate with internal team members, including CPAs and bookkeeping specialists, regarding client financials to deliver optimal results</li><li>Prepare and lead client accounting calls, regularly providing status updates and engaging the clients with their accounting questions throughout the year.</li><li>Maintain strong client relationships by managing their expectations, being responsive to their communications/emails, and meeting your promises with clients (delivering on what you say you will)</li><li>Oversee and manage all accounting practices and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.</li><li>Collaborate with Managing Partners to develop and implement financial and operational strategies aligned with the organization's goals.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting laws and regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Must be a certified Bookkeeper in QuickBooks online</li><li>At least 3 years of QuickBooks Online and/or relevant bookkeeping experience</li><li>Strong problem solving and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment with the desire for continuous improvement</li><li>Willingness and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have at least 3 years of client-facing accounting experience where you've served as the primary contact?
