 Monitor, measure, and analyze training effectiveness using KPIs such as AE assessment scores, adoption metrics, margin ramp goals, and WIG attainment.

 Inspect results to identify skill gaps and implement corrective enablement actions.
 </li>

 Conduct regular feedback sessions, coaching touchpoints, and huddles to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
 </li>

 Evangelize successes by promoting best practices, recognition programs, and healthy AE competition.

 Stakeholder &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with Sales Enablement leadership and Sales stakeholders to ensure alignment on training priorities, messaging, and execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials reflect current tools, processes, and go-to-market motions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accountability for the accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of training resources, providing feedback for updates and improvements.

 What You Will Bring to the Team
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Commerce, HR, Training/Learning &amp; Development, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in sales training, sales enablement, or talent development, preferably in IT or technology environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of sales methodologies such as Question-Based Selling (QBS), PAS, and objection handling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with CRM platforms, e-commerce tools, and sales analytics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication, presentation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong working relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications

 <li>
 Experience with digital sales tools, cloud technologies, or CSP-aligned selling motions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with sales analytics tools such as Power BI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in global or multicultural environments.
 </li>

 Certification or formal training in adult learning, facilitation, or instructional design.
 </li>
 <li>
