<li>Manage multi-state healthcare staffing compliance requirements, including licensing, reporting, renewals, audits, and regulatory tracking.</li>
<li>Interpret state and federal regulations related to healthcare staffing, credentialing, background screening, drug testing, and workforce eligibility.</li>
<li>Support state audits, inspections, and inquiries with documentation, preparing responses, and coordinating follow-ups.</li>
<li>Support client programs by monitoring supplier adherence to contractual and regulatory obligations.</li>
<li>Partner and support numerous internal teams for new client implementations, ad-hoc projects, and/or issue resolution.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relevant policies, procedures, SOPs, and training documentation.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance trackers, documentation repositories, and regulatory matrices.</li>
<li>Analyze operational and compliance data to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.</li>
</ul>
What You Will Need
<br><ul>
<li>At least 2 years’ experience in a client services environment within an MSP.</li>
<li>Articulate the ability to manage internal and external stakeholder expectations.</li>
<li>Ability to foster and build positive working relationships with internal departments.</li>
<li>Strong organizational, prioritization skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li>
<li>Basic project management skills.</li>
<li>IT literate (particularly Microsoft Office: Excel; PowerPoint)</li>
</ul>
<b>Compensation:</b> The salary range is $29.00- $32.70/ hour.
