<div>Your team&rsquo;s dynamic:
The role of the Dedicated Client Care Specialist is to act as the dedicated liaison between Genetec and a defined subset of key customers. Your main responsibility is to provide best of class Technical Support either by email, phone or onsite at the customer&rsquo;s premises across all of Genetec&rsquo;s product lines (Video Surveillance, Access Control &amp; LPR).
You must maintain strong professional relations with your customer group and possess in depth knowledge of each of your assigned customer&rsquo;s environments in order to provide professional and prompt technical assistance. You must have extensive knowledge of Genetec products and troubleshooting techniques as well as strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
Your day at a glance:<ul><li>
Respond to customer technical issues received directly by phone and email</li><li>
Document all customer issues in the Genetec CRM, Clarizen and dedicated client SharePoint site</li><li>
Ensure that all reported incidents are addressed according to Genetec&rsquo;s SLA</li><li>
Provide periodic management review conference calls with each strategic account</li><li>
Provide yearly on-site or remote system assessment for assigned strategic customer accounts</li><li>
Conduct regular proactive system diagnostic of clients&rsquo; system and follow-up with a complete diagnostic report</li><li>
Escalate customer related issues through proper channels</li><li>
Participate in Field Engineering, Solution Architect or Project Management teams as part of a career development plan</li><li>
Write technical documentation and articles</li></ul>
What makes you a great fit:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Excellent knowledge of Genetec products with at least 1 year experience supporting Genetec products</li><li>
Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software</li><li>

Position Summary: 
The Client Care Specialist will work in a customer service environment responding to inbound customer assistance and general inquiries related to our caption service. This includes account maintenance and training.
 
This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the CEX Operations Supervisor.
 
What you will do:

<li>Inbound phone contacts will be the primary delivery of work as well as Chat services.</li>
<li>Respond to and manage inbound customer inquiries daily.</li>
<li>Work closely with ClearCaptions customers to provide feature training related to ClearCaptions products and services.</li>
<li>Meet weekly/ monthly metrics related to service level, performance, and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Manage customer contacts within Salesforce CRM and adhere to standard operating procedures for data capture.</li>
<li>Other duties will include general account maintenance such as updating customer records, features, and usage questions while ensuring satisfaction with our service.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>The qualified candidate will have experience in verbally explaining complex information in concise terms to customers.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Minimum three years Customer Service experience.</li>
<li>Basic telephony troubleshooting experience.</li>
<li>Customer installation support experience.</li>
<li>Minimum two years technical support experience in a call center environment or proven technical ability.</li>
<li>Ability to clearly communicate with a wide variety of customers.</li>
<li>Ability to identify customer needs over the phone.</li>
<li>Good interpersonal skills and a team player.</li>

Physical Demands & Work Environment: 
Primary functions require the ability to communicate over the phone effectively and clearly with individuals suffering from hearing loss. Must use provided headset for audio quality in our call center environment. Physical ability and mobility to regularly stand or sit for prolonged periods of time and use tablet, cell phone and keyboard and monitor requiring close vision.
