<div>Labcorp is seeking a remote BioSolutions Engagement Leader to join our Central Labs Services team.
Job Responsibilities
Early Engagement:<ul><li>
Act as a consultant for scientific or study delivery teams to increase efficiency and advance and deliver early engagement activities</li><li>
Drive client decisions to enable accelerated study delivery</li><li>
Review draft protocol to ensure feasibility, making recommendations as needed, facilitating conversations, and collaborating with the Business Development team</li><li>
Facilitate contracting process as required to ensure timely execution</li><li>
Proactively submit specific requests in preparation of protocol finalization and study set-up</li><li>
Provide sponsor specific operational guidance and direction to project and technical staff</li><li>
Develop standards and ensure compliance across portfolio</li><li>
Establish and own process to track value of early engagement activities</li><li>
Ensure optimal levels of client satisfaction are achieved</li></ul>
Operational Oversight and Business Development:<ul><li>
Ensure high-quality, seamless transitions from pre-win through study setup</li><li>
Support the development of and drive the implementation of expanded services for new business as identified by business development, NSSO process, or customer needs</li><li>
Coach and support team members to collaborate on the strategic goal set forth for the client</li><li>
Provide advice &amp; input to support commercial/financial judgments affecting a program, pre- and /or post-award; this includes assisting in the development of marketing materials and client presentations</li><li>
Prevent or resolve situations that have the potential to jeopardize client relationships</li></ul>
Relationship Management:<ul><li>
Provide a concierge type service to all levels of client staff including business development, study delivery, data management, and affiliate personnel</li><li>
Establish trusted relationships and effective communication channels throughout partnership network</li><li>
Develop thorough understanding of unique client specificities, adapting style to suit individual client preferences and requirements; work with counterparts to develop partnership acclimation plan to support the effective onboarding of newly identified client partners</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>
5 or more years of experience in clinical research</li><li>
1 or more years of experience managing pharmaceutical or biotechnology clients</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in life sciences, medical, scientific, technical, or laboratory-related field</li><li>
1 or more years of experience working within Central Laboratory Services</li></ul>

Central Laboratory Services is part of a global contract research organization within Labcorp. We offer the world&rsquo;s largest network of central laboratories and support global clinical trials testing. A common set of processes, procedures, and instrumentation is offered throughout our sites in Europe, Asia/Pacific, and the United States, allowing us to receive samples globally and provide more than 700 assays across all laboratory science disciplines.
The BioSolutions Engagement Leader will provide operational and scientific leadership and direction to the client and to the internal Business Development Team for potential and awarded programs. As an expert in drug development, they will be accountable to deliver early engagement activities including consultation, operational feasibility, standardization, and efficiency. Upon win, facilitates transition from commercial to operational. They must have the ability to understand the operational and scientific rationale for the development of a wide variety of clinical trials. The BioSolutions Engagement Leader will serve as an operational and service liaison between Labcorp and the client supporting relationship management and delivery on client strategies across Labcorp&rsquo;s drug development spectrum.
This role will require up to 25% travel within the US with some potential travel within EU.

Pay Range: 130-170K
All job offers will be based on a candidate&rsquo;s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.

Brief Overview: 
Leads the Solutions Delivery vertical responsible for execution of predefined products and ad hoc analytics engagements for pharmaceutical manufacturers. Owns delivery excellence, client satisfaction, scope discipline, and financial performance. Ensures repeatable, scalable execution aligned to product standards and commercial objectives. 
Primary Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Owns end-to-end delivery governance across all active engagements, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are consistently met</li><li>
Serves as executive escalation point for client and internal stakeholders</li><li>
Oversees resource planning, capacity management, and margin performance across the portfolio</li><li>
Ensures adherence to product standards and prevents unnecessary customization or scope creep</li><li>
Partners with Commercial, Product, Data, and Strategy teams to align delivery with strategic objectives</li><li>
Implements standardized playbooks, templates, and performance tracking mechanisms to improve or deliver predictably.</li><li>
Monitors engagement financials, including revenue realization, cost control, and operational efficiency</li><li>
Identifies cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing engagements</li><li>
Provides coaching and oversight to engagement managers and business analysts to ensure high-quality execution</li></ul> 
Education<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree required.(Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)</li><li>
Master's Degree preferred (MBA, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)</li></ul> 
Prior Relevant Work Experience 
10+ years of experience in consulting, pharma services, data delivery, or client engagement leadership 
Experience managing multi-project portfolios and P&amp;L accountability preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$144,200.00 - $288,400.00 
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company&rsquo;s equity award program.
