</div></div></div></div><p><b>What does a Financial Analyst do at Hogarth?</b></p>
<p>
The Finance Analyst will cross support the Client Finance and Revenue Finance teams in all financial aspects. This includes but is not limited to internal revenue forecasting and profitability, information gathering and external client reporting. You will also develop client management information that supports the business needs at both client and departmental levels this will range from client profitability reporting to developing and maintaining business information on the system. This Senior Financial Analyst will also be responsible for project based revenue reporting and recognition.</p>

Key Areas of Responsibility</b></p>

<li>Partner with members of the client services team to provide reporting and data as requested</li>
<li>Work with internal finance and operations teams to analyze and improve client profitability</li>
<li>Help identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency</li>
<li>Execute project based revenue recognition projects</li>
<li>Budget Tracking</li>
<li>Provide financial support to client account teams and monitor client budgets on a project basis</li>
<li>Provide financial information to various departments and clients as required</li>
<li>Provide client financial analysis in the review of monthly results</li>
<li>Provide summary of monthly billings and reconciliation</li>
<li>Lead and participate in financial meetings</li>
<li>Assist in inter-company payables and receivables</li>
<li>Assist in all internal and external Audits</li>
<li>Perform reconciliations and analyses of key accounts and coordinate activities with the treasury and accounts payable department</li>
<li>Work within excel to create pivot tables and other necessary reports</li>

<p><b>Requirements</b></p>

<li>1-3 years of finance experience within the Agency space (advertising, production, media, creative or other agency like settings are ideal)</li>
<li>Outstanding Excel skills including experience with Pivot Tables and VBA is a big plus, skills in Word and PowerPoint also requested</li>
<li>Ability to reconcile data with precision and financial understanding</li>
<li>Media, Advertising, Creative or Production industry experience preferred</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Keen attention to detail</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not required</li>

The incumbent is expected to have comprehensive knowledge of credit &amp; risk analysis, credit rules, structuring of credits, regulations and documentation with the ability to exercise independent judgment within established Underwriting Guidelines and Credit Policy. At this level, the incumbent is expected to increasingly work with and assist the Commercial Loan Officers on customer calls and structuring deals. The incumbent will show leadership in training less experienced staff members and handle more complex and/or challenging assignments (e.g., larger deals or complicated requests with the highest level of relationship exposure under Executive Leadership and Credit Committee Approval Authority &ndash; Level 8 &amp; 9). The incumbent will have a key role of consequence to the team outside of their credit related work. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, Accounting or Economics. MBA preferred.</li><li>
Formal credit training or higher banking education (i.e. Graduate School of Banking, Stonier, etc).</li><li>
Seeking candidates with 3-10 years of experience in Commercial Banking.</li><li>
Thorough knowledge of underwriting, credit analysis, commercial loan structure, and regulatory guidance.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with ability to identify strengths and mitigate risks.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate lending, inclusive of investment, owner-occupied and some construction.</li><li>
Proficient in Commercial &amp; Industrial lending including debt service coverage, cash flow, A/R and A/P, WIP, Borrowing Base Certificates, and construction budgets.</li><li>
Strong computer skills, inclusive of experience with loan origination software and MS Office applications (specifically MS Word and Excel).</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication.</li><li>
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and complete them on time.</li><li>
Ability to conduct meetings, meet with customers, effectively present information and respond to questions from peers, auditors and various levels of management.</li><li>
Strong comprehension of accounting practices, inclusive of balance sheets, income statements, equity reconciliation, and cash flows.</li><li>
