The Implementation Specialist may spend a significant amount of time interfacing with the clients, including on-site travel. Manages timelines and project management via on-line software, and delegates necessary tasks to internal departments. Along with Sr. Manager, Professional Services Operations, serves as an intermediary between internal CareKinesis operations, IT, finance, client development and the respective disciplines within the client organizations. Supports in the creation of a client culture to facilitate and maintain the highest quality of care delivered through CareKinesis&rsquo; Comprehensive Medication Safety Services. Coordinates and assists with the process of gathering, entering and quality checking participant demographic and/or medication information into EireneRx as required. Communicates with internal Support and Integrations teams to coordinate any integration needs to specifications/modifications to EireneRx including testing and demonstration. Coordinates and sets agendas for weekly webinars/conference calls with PACE teams for customized training and necessary information discovery, and attends regularly scheduled internal meetings with operations, enrollment and reconciliation, finance, quality, and client development. Facilitates oversight of implementation-related medication needs, including (but not limited to) identifying dispensing plans to avoid waste and overlap, fielding and assisting with billing needs, working with EVP of Clinical Pharmacotherapy to assign operational support, procure required medication-related licensure, and other duties as required. Maintains accurate and updated client info in Salesforce/CRM software and other designated platforms. Provides on-site support for go-live in conjunction with other members of the CareKinesis client development team for EireneRx and pharmacy processes during the first month of CareKinesis services. Is an expert on functional use of EireneRx and is well versed in pharmacy terminology and general medication knowledge. Assures a smooth transition to account management team at the close of the implementation process. Works directly with VP of Product Management on existing client new integration implementations including coordinating conference calls with various vendors and stakeholders, testing, remote and on-site support during go-live and continuing client and internal staff support post implementation via telephone and email. Supports Manager of Account Management in new hire on-boarding and ongoing internal training Secondary Functions Supports account management team by attending internal meetings and communicating implementation updates. Conducts EireneRx 101 webinars for new and existing clients. Sends communication to operations to announce new clients and their specific details. May travel on-site outside of initial implementations to conduct trainings for new PACE staff or retraining for existing partners. Position Summary:

The Implementation Specialist at Clearway Health will work with new partnership hospitals to integrate and launch new pharmacy services. The Implementation Specialist is deployed to the client at the onset of the partnership and is responsible for providing hands on, in person, integrated care for patients with high medication cost. You'll be responsible for delivering safe and efficient specialty services while training the incoming new team members including Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Liaisons. When not integrated at a new hospital partnership, you will be assigned work from an existing liaison that requires additional support, or other special projects in support of company or departmental initiatives. 
This position requires extensive air and/or auto travel to and from the client sites (domestic only). The Implementation Specialist is expected to travel from several weeks to up to one year for each client site. Frequency and mode of travel will depend on the distance from the individual&rsquo;s remote home base to the client&rsquo;s site. The Implementation Specialist is a full-time travelling position; the qualified candidate must be willing to travel, which will include overnight and extended stays at a client's location. Estimated durations of travel will be 3-4 months per project. 
Essential Responsibilities / Duties:

Implementation Specialists are responsible for the filing and renewing of any primary state pharmacy technician license registration. The Implementation Specialist is required to have a valid driver&rsquo;s license with current auto insurance. Clearway will reimburse any state pharmacy technician license registration fees (besides their home state) and travel expenses.

Implementation &amp; Change Management:

 Onboarding Specialist
 
 who can help new clients successfully set up and start using our platform while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing support.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Set up and verify new client accounts, including business details and platform configuration.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Upload and configure fleet data, pricing rules, booking policies, and availability settings.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Enable and verify insurance integrations such as RentalCover, Bonzah, or other supported providers.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Configure payment gateways, taxes, deposits, and refund workflows to ensure smooth transactions.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Connect and test system integrations including Turo, SMS, email, CRM, and analytics tools.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct onboarding calls and train clients on how to effectively use the platform.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform QA checks and run test bookings before the client goes live.
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Provide post-launch support during the first 30 days to ensure smooth activation and retention.
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Respond to client queries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve setup or technical issues.

 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 6 Months to 1 year of experience in client onboarding, implementation, customer success, or support roles in a SaaS environment.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of system configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Good communication skills with the ability to guide and train clients.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience working with CRM tools or SaaS platforms is a plus.
 
 </li>

<li><div>1&ndash;6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Salesforce Consultant, with hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations (Experience Cloud and/or Agentforce Nonprofit/NPC preferred)</div>

<li><div>Current working knowledge of Salesforce for nonprofits recent releases and roadmap</div>
</li>
<li><div>Able to solve automation requirements with Flow</div>
