The Opportunity: Client Operations Program Manager (Remote - US/Canada)
The Client Operations Program Manager is responsible for driving execution across Wrapbook's Client Operations organization- spanning Customer Success, Customer Support, Implementation, Payroll Operations, Workers Compensation, Vendor Payments, and other teams. This role exists to close the gap between strategy and execution: turning priorities into plans, plans into shipped outcomes, and outcomes into visible, measurable progress.
This is not a coordinator role. The Program Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy, takes ownership of cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery, and is expected to produce executive-ready artifacts, facilitate decision-making, and hold stakeholders accountable- including people who don't report to them.
Success at this level means leadership bandwidth is multiplied, cross-functional work lands with fewer surprises, and &quot;important but not urgent&quot; initiatives don't stall.
What You'll Do<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Program Execution &amp; Strategic Discovery</h3><ul><li>
Maintain a centralized, real-time view of all active Client Ops programs, projects, and initiatives &mdash; including owners, timelines, milestones, and status</li><li>
Run operational planning rhythms: quarterly planning support, initiative reviews, weekly status reporting</li><li>
Lead discovery work across Client Ops functions &mdash; Customer Support, Customer Success, Implementation, PayOps, TaxOps, Union Payroll, Workers' Comp, and Payments</li><li>
Translate ambiguous problems into structured proposals, decision documents, and execution plans</li><li>
Surface risks and blockers early; propose and drive mitigation strategies before they become fires</li><li>

<div>Within the chain of command, the mentor&rsquo;s and companion&rsquo;s direct supervisor is the client&rsquo;s respective Case Manager. The mentor/companion reports to the case manager for all aspects of client care. It is then the case manager&rsquo;s responsibility to report directly to the client&rsquo;s family members, financial guarantors and treatment providers. This set-up serves to protect and nurture the mentor/client and companion/client relationship, ensuring that mentors/companions can focus their time and energies on their client, building rapport and a foundation of trust. The Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Manager has formed strong relationships with client contacts and established themselves as the main point of contract, leading routine calls and taking ownership of client deliverables and oversight of program operations and strategy execution. The Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Manager is becoming familiar with AP&rsquo;s tools and solutions, and the wider affiliate landscape, and is growing knowledgeable of affiliate tactics and methodologies that are applicable to the strategic approach and design of their owned influencer programs. 70% of the Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Manager&rsquo;s actions are being conducted independently; the Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Manager is escalating challenges/issues/risks to account teams for guidance and approval when needed and proactively flagging when additional support/training is needed.

By 4 MONTHS&hellip;the Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Manager is taking ownership of managing a portfolio of clients with little guidance from their Account Director; 90% of actions are being conducted independently. The Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Manager is fully capable of bringing a solutions-oriented approach to proactively address challenging client or team situations, but continues to escalate key risks where appropriate. Client data is regularly being analyzed and used strategically to optimize program outcomes. Client accounts are being handled effectively and strategically, without dropping any balls, and clients are aware of and pleased with this outcome. Clients are being serviced profitably with AP targets, client KPI&rsquo;s are being met, and an average 8.5 client rating is being upheld across campaigns.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS:
<ul>
<li>4+ years' experience in KOL or affiliate/influencer marketing in crypto/finance, or 4+ years' experience in KOL or affiliate/influencer marketing with a strong interest in the crypto/finance space</li>
<li>Strong understanding of how influencer and affiliate marketing can work together, with creativity and persistence to pursue unconventional partnerships</li>
<li>Solid understanding of omni-channel and digital marketing, with a track record of successfully running influencer campaigns for consumer products and/or services companies</li>
<li>Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.</li>
<li>Excellent at communicating, presenting and pitching and receiving approval from clients on new influencer campaigns</li>
<li>Working knowledge of attribution in digital marketing</li>
<li>Tools (CreatorIQ, Grin, Izea, etc.) experience preferred, not required</li>
<li>Knowledge of Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms (Impact, ShareASale, Commission Junction, etc.) experience preferred, not required</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent work experience</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 15%</li></ul>
