Key Responsibility &amp; Duties:-&middot; Develop business proposals for existing and new customers&middot; Hosting marketing events and collaborations with brands.&middot; Develop innovative strategies for retaining clients; this includes undertaking interviews in order to get feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan&middot; Develop comprehensive knowledge about the business and its development practices, its marketing activities, prospective clients, and the trends for the industry&middot; Respond to queries and complaints from clients as regards the company&rsquo;s products; this should be done in a timely fashion&middot; Establish a knowledge storehouse of clients, referrals, REPs, presentations, and prospects&middot; Maintain database of client relationship management and utilize the result to manage customers and the mailing list&middot; Hosting marketing events and art &amp; craft sessions with little guests; ensuring the welfare of the children whilst in the party hosts care, acting as a role model for the company with the parents.&middot; Work with HOD&rsquo;S and operations department to host events for Fun City.&middot; To Host, Greet, Interact and Entertain all the Guests.&middot; Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.&middot; Assist in outsourcing and securing sponsorship; conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.&middot; Contributing to developing marketing plans and strategies;&middot; Evaluating marketing event&rsquo;s and campaigns&middot; Oversee the Sales Department office requirements and requisitions.&middot; Monitoring activities and supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.&middot; Assist in events/activities planning and execution.&middot; Bring in clients for marketing events&middot; Arrange for School Trips events at Fun City&middot; Any Special task assigned by HODQualificationBBA / MBA in MarketingExperience Minimum 2 years work experience in Sales and Marketing/the same capacity.Skill RequiredTechnical:- &middot; Deep knowledge of Marketing/Sales/PR/Event Management&middot; Networking skills&middot; Marketing Communication&middot; Brand Management&middot; Market ResearchGeneral: - &middot; Self-starter with excellent time and people management skills.&middot; Proficiently speak, read and write English and Urdu.&middot; Innovative&middot; Strong and confident communicator.&middot; Excellent copywriting skills and experience.&middot; Must be able to follow oral and written instructions&middot; Should possess excellent communication skills and be customer service inclined&middot; Should be able to multi task and exhibit maturity&middot; Ability to work under pressure and still meet up with given deadline and Ability to take initiatives and think out of the boxWork Location: In person
