This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring operational alignment, and supporting the successful delivery of revenue cycle management (RCM) services.
The Client Relationship Manager will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, helping to ensure service quality, address operational needs, and identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and performance.
This role requires strong knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle market and the ability to collaborate across operations, sales, and leadership teams to support client success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management<ul><li>
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned healthcare clients.</li><li>
Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.</li><li>
Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, KPIs, and service delivery.</li></ul>
Operational Collaboration<ul><li>
Partner with internal operations teams to ensure services are delivered effectively and according to client expectations.</li><li>
Help address operational challenges and coordinate solutions with delivery teams.</li><li>
Support communication between clients and internal departments including operations, sales, and leadership.</li></ul>
Performance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Monitor service performance metrics and client KPIs.</li><li>
Prepare and present client reports, performance updates, and operational insights.</li><li>
Identify opportunities to improve service quality and client outcomes.</li></ul>
Business Growth Support<ul><li>
Identify opportunities for service expansion within existing client accounts.</li><li>
Support sales and leadership teams in renewal discussions and account growth opportunities.</li></ul>
Requirements: 
<ul><li>
Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) or healthcare services.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle market, including billing, coding, claims management, or AR operations.</li><li>
Experience working directly with healthcare clients or provider organizations.</li><li>
Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience working within an RCM outsourcing, healthcare BPO, or consulting organization.</li><li>
Familiarity with healthcare performance metrics and operational reporting.</li><li>
