The Assistant Director of Client Solutions in the ASU Outreach Hub leads the strategic planning and delivery for a portfolio of client accounts in addition to assisting the Director in leading a team of client solutions professionals. This role is responsible for assessing client needs, providing strategic marketing recommendations, developing plans and creative briefs, presenting solutions and results, and managing the execution of outreach and engagement campaigns, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards against goals. The Assistant Director of Client Solutions is a proactive, solutions-oriented marketing professional who brings structure to complexity and ambiguity, supporting client goals and collaborating with internal teams with clarity and accountability.
What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>
Assists the Director, Client Solutions in leading the Client Solutions team; provides strategic marketing insights, best-in-class marketing solutions and strong client management practices; and serves as liaison to other Outreach Hub leadership and units within Enterprise Partners and at ASU.</li><li>
Acting as a marketing solutions expert, is responsible for the vision, strategy, and results of complex, high-stakes and high-level projects and campaigns on behalf of executive-level clients and partners.</li><li>
Meets with client partners to understand their marketing needs and assess needs and fit within the Outreach Hub portfolio.</li><li>
Oversees and coordinates, with the client solutions managers, the annual updating of client marketing playbooks, including the completion of new playbooks.</li><li>
Responsible for selecting, hiring, training, evaluating, and promoting professional development opportunities for student workers.</li><li>
Assists in the creation and oversight of annual planning and implementation of goals, objectives, strategies and initiatives related to the Client Solutions portfolio.</li><li>
Builds and manages relationships with clients and partners; develops trusted advisor relationships with key clients, product owners and customer stakeholders.</li><li>
Actively leads and manages client calls and meetings by taking a central role in discussions.</li><li>
Educates clients on marketing solutions and best practices, makes recommendations, and delivers value-added solutions.</li><li>
Develops and manages marketing strategies, plans, projects, tactics, and core messages; makes recommendations, identifies opportunities, and leverages resources to achieve outcomes and objectives while amplifying multiple brands at scale.</li><li>
Bridges communications between client needs and internal team, working closely with marketing project management, creative and digital marketing teams to manage and coordinate the direction, design and production of multi-channel campaigns collateral, web and digital assets, social media, and other marketing channels to execute strategic goals, keeping projects on time and on budget.</li><li>
Gathers, shares, and acts on feedback from the client throughout projects, while delivering results.</li><li>
Collaborates, consults, and actively participates in new idea generation, brainstorming concepts, and makes recommendations for creative ways to accomplish goals.</li><li>
Problem solves and brings the right team members to the table, inside and beyond the department, to create solutions that adhere to brand, legal, and donor privacy standards, while keeping projects on time and on budget.</li></ul>
What you'll need<ul><li>
Team-oriented strategist able to effectively manage complex situations involving numerous and sometimes competing constituencies.</li><li>
Strong leadership and management qualities with the ability to motivate and influence others to achieve results.</li><li>
Strong, collegial interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing, and by phone.</li><li>
Proven project management experience: managing multiple projects simultaneously; working effectively and efficiently with individuals and teams within a diverse environment; and strong experience using project management tools (including Wrike).</li><li>

Strong working knowledge of standard marketing tools (including content management systems, Google Analytics/SEO, social media, Salesforce, and Adobe Creative Suite).</li><li>
Must possess a customer-service philosophy and be able to handle problem solving and issue resolution.</li><li>
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.</li><li>
Proven creative and critical thinking skills, goal setting and attention to detail.</li><li>

Relevant qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or closely related field and seven (7) years of experience in a public relations/marketing role</li><li>
Experience in building status reports and reporting on campaign outcomes to clients</li></ul>
Preferred education and experience<ul><li>
Experience working on complex, high-level projects for executive-level clients in an advertising agency environment or in-house marketing team.</li><li>

 We are looking for a Client Services Administrator to be responsible for providing outstanding administrative and operational support to the WGSN Client Services, North America team. This role will be reporting to the Manager of Client Services, North America and will play a vital role in improving efficiency, client engagement and driving retention across the WGSN NAM portfolio.

 Key Accountabilities

 Service a portfolio of Strategic and Enterprise partnerships for WGSN NAM, managing risk, identifying growth opportunities, create service account plans and perform educational sessions for retention purposes

 Exceed the expectations of our clients by showing best in class service and implement best practices to drive engagement for retention purposes

 Ensure monthly and quarterly KPIs are met in line with the business&rsquo;s retention rate

 Be proactive on client needs by staying up-to-date on all WGSN products and services and be a leader within your team on product knowledge

 Liaise with our product and technology departments on user testing of new products and enhancements; provide customer feedback to internal teams/stakeholders by different means

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Client Experience Operations Director to lead the operational execution and measurement infrastructure supporting media initiatives. This role will oversee measurement solution workflows, tagging governance, and the integration of media performance data into customer journey attribution and marketing analytics frameworks.

The ideal candidate combines deep digital media operations expertise with strong program leadership, bringing a strategic perspective on how campaign execution, tagging standards, and attribution methodologies enable better marketing decision-making.
