Key Responsibilities 
Customer Relationship Management

Qualifications 
Experience:

<li>5+ years in Benefits Administration customer support</li>
<li>5+ years of employee benefits experience (enrollment, eligibility, claims processing, billing) &ndash; a plus</li>

Compensation:

The targeted range for this role is $80,000-$115,000 annually. Actual compensation offered may vary depending upon many factors, including a candidate&rsquo;s skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Responsibilities:

Validate and process vendor invoices in a timely manner. Prepare and process expense reimbursement and disbursement requests. Prepare New Business Intake forms and on-going updates that includes verification, compliance, routing and maintenance of Outside Counsel Guidelines, Engagement Letters, pricing / discount levels and marketing data. Assist in the preparation of client bills with the Billing Department.</li><li>
Manage, maintain and update attorney calendars and contacts, including meetings, appointments, due dates and client-related activities; arrange for conference rooms and catering for attorney/client meetings, update new and existing contacts. Coordinate specific court dates with the Managing Attorney's Office as needed. Link Calendar entries to appropriate records in Business Development database. Maintain attorney client contacts in Customer Records Management system.</li><li>

Requirements: 
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience managing marketing and/or advertising programs, with demonstrated experience building timelines, developing and managing budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams &mdash; preferably within a fully integrated marketing communications agency.</li><li>Demonstrated strong working knowledge of paid media channels (video, audio, OOH, digital display/programmatic, and social media), delivery tactics, and performance metrics.</li><li>Experience working with or on behalf of federal government clients preferred but not required; familiarity with government communications requirements and approval processes is a plus.</li><li>Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Experience supervising projects and deliverables by setting priorities, ensuring quality control, and meeting team and client deadlines.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in marketing and paid media; familiarity with adjacent communications disciplines (PR, stakeholder engagement, etc.) as they relate to integrated campaigns.</li><li>Strong writing skills with the ability to independently deliver client-ready, clear, concise, and compelling copy, alongside expert attention to detail and editing.</li><li>Polished oral communication and presentation skills; comfortable and confident presenting ideas and recommendations to senior clients, including government stakeholders.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to provide strategic, actionable recommendations to clients.</li><li>Sound judgment, strategic thinking, and strong problem-solving ability.</li><li>Honesty, integrity, and a commitment to the highest professional standards.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).</li><li>Previous experience working on video/TV production is a plus, but not a requirement.</li><li>Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements.</li></ul>

 Summary
 
 
 
 We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager you must be highly organized and able to work on a varied caseload. The Case Manager will assist the attorney in developing settlements, preparing documents and correspondence as needed. The ideal candidate is customer focused and empathetic.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>

 Daily interaction with existing and potential clients, via telephone and in person
 </li>
 <li>
 Order medical records from providers and communicate with clients and providers during the course of treatment
 </li>
 <li>
 Obtain documents necessary to support injury and/or liability positions
 </li>
 <li>
 Interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances
 </li>
 <li>
 Work directly with multiple coworkers involved in the management and support of case files
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized case files
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare comprehensive demands and assemble support for submission to carriers under the direct supervision of an attorney
 </li>
 <li>
 Interact with attorneys and present case synopsis when required
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage case files from intake to closing under the direction of an attorney
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business

 Qualification
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of working as an insurance adjuster or pre-litigation paralegal
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to be a team player and follow procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive interaction with clients, insurance companies and medical providers
 </li>
 <li>
 Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

 Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
