<p>We&rsquo;re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Transfer Co-Ordinator to join our Partner Finance team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll provide expert guidance and support on a range of Partner Finance Operations processes, ensuring requests and queries are managed efficiently and to a high standard. Working closely with internal teams and the Partnership, you&rsquo;ll play a key part in maintaining service quality, improving processes and delivering strong outcomes for stakeholders.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What you&rsquo;ll be doing</b></h2>
<ul><li>Managing and processing a range of Operations requests and queries, ensuring timely and accurate delivery</li>
<li>Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and clear communication on progress and next steps</li>
<li>Supporting Subject Matter Experts with the coordination and execution of transfers and Partnership-related queries</li>
<li>Prioritising incoming work effectively, ensuring cases are acknowledged and handled within agreed timelines</li>
<li>Identifying process gaps and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency</li>
<li>Escalating issues appropriately and working within agreed parameters to resolve problems</li>
<li>Collaborating with colleagues across the team to ensure a consistent and high-quality service</li>
<li>Supporting the wider Operations function to reduce BAU demand through effective and accurate delivery</li>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Essential skills and experience</b></h2>
<ul><li>Experience in a similar coordination or operations role within a fast-paced, task-driven environment</li>
<li>Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Desirable skills and experience</b></h2>
<ul><li>Exposure to coding or data tools such as SQL or Power BI</li>
<li>Knowledge or experience within financial services or Partner Finance environments</li><br>

<p>We&rsquo;re looking for a highly organised and proactive Case Coordinator to join our Partner Finance team, supporting the delivery of a wide range of Partner Finance transactions. In this role, you&rsquo;ll take ownership of transactions from allocation through to completion, ensuring a high-quality, efficient and compliant service throughout. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in enabling smooth business transitions for our Partners while maintaining excellent communication and service standards.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What you&rsquo;ll be doing</b></h2>
<ul><li>Managing a caseload of Partner Finance transactions, ensuring delivery within agreed SLAs and risk frameworks</li>
<li>Coordinating end-to-end transaction processes, including securing approvals and required documentation (e.g. legal contracts, credit approvals)</li>
<li>Acting as a key point of contact for Partners, providing clear, timely and supportive communication throughout transactions</li>
<li>Supporting business sale and purchase (BSP) activity, lending processes and other Partner Finance transactions such as mergers and restructures</li>
<li>Identifying risks or issues early and working with stakeholders to develop mitigating actions</li>
<li>Managing competing priorities effectively, demonstrating strong planning and organisational skills</li>
<li>Collaborating with teams across Partner Finance, including Consultancy, Lending and Operations, to ensure seamless delivery</li>
<li>Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency</li>
<li>Supporting the implementation of business changes and readiness activities that impact day-to-day operations</li>
<li>Building strong internal and external relationships to support successful transaction outcomes</li>
