 The Clinic Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of PlayThinks across service lines. This role executes clinic schedules, manages day-to-day administrative operations, supports intake processes, coordinates communication between families and staff, and maintains accurate operational systems.
 
 
 Working closely with the Clinical Operations Manager, the Clinic Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining organization, responsiveness, and continuity of care. After training and transition support, this role will independently manage daily scheduling execution and operational coordination.

A day in the life of a Patient Care Coordinator:

Position Summary:
The Patient Care Coordinator - I (PCC-I) supports clinic growth through excellence in execution of the practice management role and patient intake processes. This individual will work in collaboration with the Clinic Director (CD) to carry out efficient clinic procedures. The PCC-I position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.
