POSITION SUMMARY

ROLE OVERVIEW and PURPOSE:

The Clinical Services Supervisor (CSS) works to support the mission and vision of Neighborhood Healthcare by cultivating an environment that produces excellent patient-centered care and clinical services within a dynamic team setting. <li>Assists Clinic Supervisor and Manager with staff meetings.
</li><li>Attends in-services and updates staff accordingly.
</li><li>Handle patient complaints and issues as they arise to ensure patient satisfaction and notify Clinic Supervisor when necessary.
</li><li>Assists with clinic batch.
</li><li>Assists the Clinic Supervisor and Manager working the documents in the Athena Clinical inbox for their location.
</li><li>Acts as a backup to the Dispensary.</li>
<li>Mentors new Trainees.
</li><li>Covers Urgent Care Front Desk as needed (South Tampa and Brandon).
</li><li>Assist Clinic Supervisor in ordering of office supplies and ensuring all forms and supplies are stocked in their zone.</li>
<li>Keep Clinic Supervisor informed of any staff issues or problems that need further attention.
</li><li>Assist Clinic Supervisor with training staff on any new/revised policies and procedures and ensure they are being followed and that additional training is provided to staff as needed.
</li><li>All other duties as assigned as a front desk.
</li><li>Assure compliance with all company plans, policies and procedures set forth by the Florida Orthopaedic Institute</li>
