Summary
As a Clinical Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal delivery of clinical pharmaceutical services to our clients, brokers, and consultants. This position requires a strong background in clinical pharmacy practice, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Analyze physician prescribing and member utilization patterns to identify trends and client needs;</li><li>
Provide evidence-based recommendations to manage formularies effectively and improve clinical outcomes.</li><li>
Identify opportunities for expanding pharmacy services within existing client accounts.</li><li>
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop proposals, presentations, and other materials to support business development efforts.</li><li>
Attend and lead clinical portion for finalist presentations, client benefit, and utilization reviews.</li><li>
Identify client specific and emerging industry trends as well as short and long term up-sell opportunities.</li><li>
Develop clinical programs for the book of business and client specific clinical recommendations and programs.</li><li>
Participate in business events, conferences, trade shows and seminars on an as needed basis.</li><li>

 The Role:
 
 The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) will serve as a critical member of the Customer Engagement Team and will have an exciting opportunity within Cogent to potentially launch Bezuclastinib in multiple indications across three disease states. The Clinical Account Manager will be responsible for meeting sales targets and utilizing all available resources while tailoring them to meet the customer's needs through a deep understanding of their requirements. Behaviors that are critical for success in this role are collaboration, communication, planning, relationship building, and the ability to execute tactical initiatives and provide timely feedback. CAMs will report directly to the Regional Business Director.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Holistically support and manage territory accounts by creating relationships with physicians, allied healthcare professionals (Advanced Practitioners, Nurses, Pharmacists), and business stakeholders (Office Practice Managers, Billers, etc.)

 Maintain a uniquely deep and nuanced understanding of territory, including Opinion Leaders (OL) and other influencers, treatment and utilization trends, payer and reimbursement dynamics, and competitive opportunities and challenges.

 Analyze business performance: Create and execute a comprehensive territory plan. This includes developing unique account plans, delivering branded sales messages, executing planned programs, scheduling and following up with medical education programs, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.

As the Clinical Account Specialist (CAS), you will:
<ul><li>Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and Neurovascular Lab Staff on the effective use of Johnson &amp; Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular&rsquo;s innovative technology during NV procedures within an assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.

Required Qualifications:

 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac nursing, or cardiac medical device clinical support
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Demonstrated experience in patient education, cardiac disease management, or supporting cardiac care pathways
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Competent with Microsoft products, Salesforce, and remote patient monitoring systems
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and commercial teams
