POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for all clinical aspects of treatment for the patients they oversee. This includes the assessment and analysis of the patient&rsquo;s skills and challenging behaviors, development of treatment plans, overseeing the implementation of treatment, collaboration with and training of their patient&rsquo;s caregivers, as well as ongoing coaching and training of behavioral technicians. Treatment plans are primarily designed to address areas of medical necessity and may occur in a variety of settings including the CARD center, patient&rsquo;s home, school, community, or via telehealth. Clinical Supervisors report to the Group Clinical Manager. This is a salaried, exempt, full-time position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Uses clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient</li><li>
Develop and maintain treatment plans</li><li>
Ensure that all supervision hours are at 100% treatment adherence each month</li><li>
Evaluate patients to identify both skill deficits and strengths</li><li>
Analyze challenging behaviors to identify the function of the behavior</li><li>
Develop functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors</li><li>
Observe treatment implementation for potential program revisions</li><li>

Occasionally move to evade aggressive behaviors and/or physically block attempts to aggress towards others. Responding to behaviors may occasionally require bearing weight of a patient who is leaning, pushing, etc.</li><li>
Frequently teach patients to use vocal speech. Must be able to articulate sound and model speaking clearly, as well as listen to and shape vocal communication of patients</li><li>

Requirements:<ul><li> Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)</li><li> Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)</li><li> Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status</li><li> Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle</li><li> Must be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services</li></ul>
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Responsibilities:
As a successful BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will be conducting initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. Developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans for life long success. You will have amazing BTs/RBTs to supervise and train to ensure treatment plans are on track. Providing support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA. Other responsibilities include conducting functional assessments and functional analysis when needed and clinically warranted as well as reviewing program effectiveness, making recommendations, monitoring data, and graph/monitor progress.
