Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders both in home and in the community. The BCBA will be supervised directly by our Executive Director &amp; Clinical Director.</li><li>
Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.</li><li>
Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.</li><li>

Your Role as a BCBA:</h2><ul><li>

Master&rsquo;s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field</li><li>

Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS</li><li>
Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Cultural Awareness: Collaborate, communicate, and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, embracing and respecting cultural differences and socially significant clinical outcomes.</li></ul>
Work Environment, Physical Conditions:<ul><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB.</li><li>
Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.</li><li>
