Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders both in home and in the community. The BCBA will be supervised directly by our Executive Director &amp; Clinical Director.</li><li>

We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis. As a BCBA, you will use evidence-based ABA practices to improve the lives of children and families.
This position will provide services in a clinical setting at our Princeton, NJ clinic between 5:00pm-7:00pm EST. The role involves working on-site as part of a collaborative team, with access to supervision, peer support, and clinic-based resources in a structured environment.<ul><li>
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments, to identify target behaviors.</li><li>
Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment outcomes.</li><li>
Design, implement, and modify treatment programs grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.</li><li>
Train and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other team members on intervention strategies.</li><li>

</h2><div><div><div><ul><li>Write behavior support plans, monitoring plans, and behavior guidelines that enhance lives and outline the use of proactive approaches, rights restrictions, and/or psychotropic medications used to address mental health/behavioral concerns.</li><li>
Review all behavior plans and document semi-annually, and write a behavioral summary summarizing behavior documentation and relevant information per 633.16 behavior regulation requirements.</li><li>
Prepare behavior data to attend psychiatry appointments with individuals assigned to caseload. Act as a liaison maintaining contact between psychiatrists/relevant medical provider, counselors, or other mental health professionals and residential/work or day hab team.
</li><li>Provide staff with behavior documentation tools, monitor data, and address concerns as needed. In-service behavior plans as needed at staff meetings.</li><li>
Update and file to appropriate physical/digital location all required paperwork i.e. medication approval forms/reduction plans, behavior plans, summaries, semi-annual reviews, etc, with all necessary signatures/informed consents for approval.
</li><li>Interact with Human Rights Committee monthly providing all required behavior plans, medication forms, informed consents, data, and supporting documentation.
</li><li>Opportunity to become trained to teach SCIP-R/PROMOTE class, as assigned.</li><li>
Attend monthly behavior team meetings, quarterly clinical team meetings, life plan meetings, IDT&rsquo;s, intake/pre-admission meetings, and staff meetings.</li><li>
Complete residential and day hab visits/observations to assess progress/regression and provide recommendations for staff. As needed, provide consultations for individuals not on a caseload, to give recommendations to residential/day hab teams regarding supports.</li><li>
Maintain communication and collaboration with individuals&rsquo; program planning team (guardian, residential and work/day hab teams, care coordinators, clinicians and providers) providing information on supports and psychotropic medication per 633.16 regulation.

Our mission is to partner with families to create individualized therapeutic plans that empower children to thrive in their everyday interactions and achieve their full potential.Summary:The Case Manager supports the implementation of ABA therapy programs across the home, center, and/or community settings, and is responsible for supervising Behavior Technicians (BT&rsquo;s), as well as providing consistent parent / caregiver training and case oversight. The Case Manager will report to a Clinical Supervisor and Director weekly.We are currently looking to hire in and around the following Bakersfield, CA and San Bernardino, CAResponsibilities:<ul><li>Work with BT&rsquo;s and clients in their homes, clinic-based sessions, and/or in the community settings.</li><li>Manage a minimum caseload 15 cases.</li><li>Ensure programs are being implemented and run correctly and consistently.</li><li>Ensure progress is being made across programs and families are satisfied with the progress.</li><li>Coordinate with families and staff to manage your own schedule to provide training and support while maximizing service utilization.</li><li>Meet with Clinical Supervisor to:</li><li>Update treatment plans/goals in ReThink software</li><li>Create individual employee goals to increase clinical skill sets.</li><li>Access ongoing clinical hours (indirect /direct)</li><li>Remain proficient with policies and procedures.</li><li>Represent the company professionally in all client and colleague interactions.</li><li>Complete mandatory clinical sessions notes on time.</li><li>Maintain HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act) confidentiality.</li><li>Attend monthly management meetings to keep up on industry trends and training.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master&rsquo;s degree in psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development or a related field OR valid certification as a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)</li><li>2 years of working experience with Children with Autism and/ or related disorders.</li><li>Must have a valid California driver's license and personal and reliable vehicle.</li><li>Auto Insurance (with your name visible on the policy as the owner or as a registered driver</li><li>Experience with technology; Microsoft, Electronic data collection systems etc.</li><li>Provide and Pass TB, (Tuberculosis test) and background check /Live Scan fingerprinting.</li><li>Must speak Spanish</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Dental Insurance</li><li>Vision Insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid drive time.</li><li>Mileage reimbursement</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Supervision of hours by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and assistance with preparation for BCBA/BCaBA exams</li></ul>Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds. Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an outside and office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including the use of electronic devices; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. Visual acuity is necessary for reading and interpreting data, observing client behavior, and ensuring a safe environment. The role requires continuous verbal interaction and auditory communication with clients, which is essential for delivering the therapy effectively.
