Your role at Baxter</p><p>
At Baxter, the Clinical Education Specialist (CES) is responsible for training clinicians on the use, adoption, and optimization of Baxter Infusion Therapy products at customer sites across the U.S.</p><p>
In this role you will help facilitate change and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Clinical Education Specialists make an impact, from leading classroom training, to supporting go-live on clinical units, to post launch rounding and troubleshooting.</p><p>

Effectively complete clinical implementation and integration tasks at key Baxter customers.</li><li>
Build or deepen customer relationships with customer clinical staff and nursing educators at targeted healthcare facilities and healthcare systems using a consultative approach.</li><li>
Steadfast focus on safe and effective use of infusion pump technology, clinical change management, and product expertise.</li><li>
Maintain expert knowledge of Baxter&rsquo;s Infusion Therapy products and integrated solutions.</li><li>
Ensure quality and integrity in implementations using the Universal Implementation Process and in-service scripts.</li><li>
Lead all aspects of and deliver product training and integration objectives for new and existing customers through defined, multi-phased implementation processes, access to eLearning, on-site training, use of collateral training material, and consistent follow-up.</li><li>
Apply education, product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and solve problems while ensuring adoption of new technology!</li><li>
These field-based positions require you to travel to hospital sites throughout your primary territory and outside your territory as needed while working remotely, independently, and being self-motivated.</li></ul><p>

The estimated base salary for this position is $88,000 to $121,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. POSITION SUMMARY:</b></p><p>
Reporting to the Clinical Education Specialist, the Instructor functions as an Instructor for identified courses and cohorts and coordinates programs as assigned. Within the direction of the Clinical Education Team, the CIS works collaboratively with the Territory Manager throughout the sales process, and builds deep, long lasting customer relationships to encourage ongoing utilization of ZOLL hospital products and achievement of desired clinical outcomes within an account. The CIS utilizes principles of adult learning in the assessment, program planning, implementation, and evaluation phases of the educational process. Emphasis is on competency skill assessment and development of all clinical staff through Identification of learning needs. Coordination and provision of educational offerings including orientation, formal continuing education and in-services, are a major function of this role. The CIS serves as a resource to staff of all levels and provides direct training/education of newly hired staff and new customers through facilitation of the preceptor model. The CIS actively participates in leadership of quality Improvement processes and affecting process and protocol changes within the account's resuscitation algorithm. Other duties assigned may include support to the sales team, speaking opportunities all trade shows, attendance at trade shows for the company booth and training distributor partners as needed, or other functions as needed. The successful CIS develops and maintains customer relationships and is capable of operating in a self-directive role.
