<div>The Oncology Concierge Technician supports pharmacists and pharmacy operations by assisting with dispensing specialty medications, resolving patient and provider inquiries, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and manufacturer programs.</div>
<div></div><div>How You&rsquo;ll Do This</div>
<ul><li>Provide first-call resolution for patient and provider inquiries, triage calls to appropriate departments</li>
<li>Phone support- Coordinate medication deliveries and collect co-payments. Inbound calls should be handled using first call resolution customer service practices.</li>
<li>Understand unique attributes and business rules specific to Manufacturer programs that participate with Concierge Services</li>
<li>Perform duties as assigned by Sr Mgr, Ops Processes &amp; Concierge Service specific to needs of manufacturer relationship. This could include but not limited to: verifying on label status, offering HUB enrollment opportunities, researching pending patients for updates</li>
<li>Performs activities related to the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal laws and REMS programs.</li>
<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed and other duties as assigned</li>
</ul> <div>What You Bring</div>
<div>Required:</div>
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>1+ years of pharmacy experience</li>
<li>Registration with Board of Pharmacy (as required by state law)</li>
<li>Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills</li>
<li>Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities</li>
<li>Pharmacy or healthcare-related knowledge, knowledge of pharmacy terminology including sig codes, and Roman numerals, brand/generic names of medication, basic math and analytical skills, Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills.</li>
</ul><div>Preferred:</div>
<ul><li>Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB)</li>
<li>3+ years pharmacy experience</li>
<li>Specialty pharmacy experience</li>
</ul>
