Essential Functions<ul><li>
The Mobile Phlebotomist performs specimen collection using many different techniques such as venipuncture, capillary puncture, PIVO, and throat swab collections. These caregivers collect specimens from patients of varying acuities by traveling to settings such as contracted care facilities, patient homes, and health fair settings. They are at the forefront of patient care and adhere to and enforce the standards for laboratory compliance and safety regulations.</li><li>
Safely travel to contracted facilities and/or patient homes to perform collections and are highly skilled competent caregivers as they operate independently with little or no on-site support for difficult collections.</li><li>
