Role

The Clinical Product Specialist (CPS) sits at the intersection of clinical medicine, AI, and product development, playing a critical role in building SmarterDx&rsquo;s clinical documentation capabilities. As part of a highly cross-functional team spanning Product, Engineering, and Data Science, the CPS translates real-world physician workflows into scalable AI systems&mdash;shaping how clinical reasoning is represented, evaluated, and deployed in practice.

This role has a direct impact on product quality and clinical trust. The CPS defines and enforces the standard for clinical accuracy, safety, and usability, ensuring that what we build works for real clinicians in real care settings. What You&rsquo;ll Do

<li>Collaborate with Product and Data Science to build and refine prompts, pipelines, and model behavior</li>
<li>Review AI-generated outputs (summaries, notes, insights) for accuracy, completeness, and clinical defensibility</li>

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$69,000.00 - $110,400.00

Your role:
<ul><li>Serving as a clinical resource to Philips Fetal Monitoring customers, working closely with the field service, sales, and project management organizations throughout a multiphase implementation and go-live process &ndash; establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal partners and customers to enable a successful implementation team.
</li><li>Understanding customer goals and developing plans to support clinical solutions implementation and usage &ndash; delivering clinical services to customers that are consultative, advanced, and focused on workflows and optimization.
