Position Overview</b></p>
<p>
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to provide psychotherapy and psychosocial support to residents in skilled nursing facilities. The LCPC will conduct assessments, deliver individual and group therapy, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) and ensure regulatory compliance.</p>

Key Responsibilities</b></p>

<li><p>Conduct initial diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.</p>

<li><p>Provide psychotherapy services tailored to resident needs.</p>

<li><p>Deliver individual, group, and family counseling focused on depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment, and behavioral health issues.</p>
