Clinical Training Coordinator

<p></p><div><div><div><div>The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) will join the GI Division and responsibilities will include coordination of clinical research studies related liver disease and liver transplantation. The Clinical Research Coordinator will perform independently at the fully operational journey level of the series to execute, manage, and coordinate research protocols, as directed by the Principal Investigators (PIs); may coordinate the data collection and operations of several concurrent clinical research studies under the guidelines of research protocols, UCSF and regulating agency policies. The incumbent will collaborate with two Principal Investigators in the GI Division&mdash;Dr. Bilal Hameed and Dr. Bruce Wang&mdash;on separate research studies<br>
The CRC&rsquo;s duties may include, management and coordinating the tasks of multiple clinical research studies, act as intermediary between services and departments while overseeing data and specimen management; manage and report on study results; create, clean, update, and manage databases and comprehensive datasets and reports; coordinate staff work schedules, assist with training of Assistant CRCs, and assist PI supervisor with oversight of other research staff; manage Investigator&rsquo;s protocols in the Committee on Human Research online system, as well as renewals and modifications of protocol applications and the implementation of new studies; participate in the review and writing of protocols to ensure institutional review board approval within University compliance; help assure compliance with all relevant regulatory agencies; oversee study data integrity; implement and maintain periodic quality control procedures; interface with departments to obtain UCSF approval prior to study initiation; maintain all regulatory documents; report study progress to investigators; participate in any internal and external audits or reviews of study protocols; and perform other duties as assigned.<p><br>

<p><b>Job Title:</b> Clinic Coordinator</p><p><b>Location:</b> Rajouri Garden, Delhi<br/><b>Experience:</b> 6 months &ndash; 2 years (Internship will be considered)<br/><b>Education:</b> BAMS / BUMS / BHMS</p><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Record detailed history of new patients in the software.</li><li>Explain clinical procedures (IUI, IVF, ERA, Mock ET, SOS, PGS, PGD, biopsy, etc.) to patients.</li><li>Conduct financial counselling for IUI cases.</li><li>Prepare requisition slips for investigations advised.</li><li>Maintain follicular monitoring sheets and create cycles in the software for OPU &amp; IUI.</li><li>Coordinate with the IVF Lab and explain lab procedures (SQA, SF, DFI, embryo culture, etc.) to patients before and after procedures.</li><li>Obtain patient consents for SIS, embryo shifting, PGS/PGD, semen or embryo discarding, and freezing renewals.</li><li>Explain medication post-consultation.</li><li>Assist consultants during all medical procedures (IUI, OPU, FET, ET, SIS, Mock ET, etc.).</li><li>Conduct physical examinations and update patient files (IPD/OPD) and software records.</li><li>Maintain daily patient follow-up notes and ensure completion of all follow-up calls up to BHCG-positive confirmation.</li><li>Coordinate fresh embryo transfer cases between the lab, consultants, and patients.</li><li>Monitor patient adherence to prescribed medication schedules.</li><li>Provide referral slips for ANC scans post BHCG-positive results.</li><li>Handle patient queries (in-person and telephonic).</li><li>Communicate critical investigation results or medication updates to patients.</li><li>Contact referral doctors regarding scheduled ET/FET/OPU/IUI procedures.</li><li>Manage donor and recipient coordination during OPU cycles.</li><li>Track and follow up with BHCG-positive patients till live birth.</li><li>Maintain embryo and semen freezing status updates.</li><li>Inform patients about OPU trigger timings.</li><li>Prepare and issue medical certificates with consultant signatures.</li><li>Draft discharge summaries and prescriptions.</li><li>Prepare monthly MIS/MCR presentations and weekly result outcome data.</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per month</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>

<b>Scientific and medical support to the affiliate</b><br>
<ul><li>Disease Area Scientific Expert &amp; Point of reference for allocated Disease Area for relevant pods</li><li>Tailoring &amp; Networking around available Disease Area scientific communication messages &amp; updates</li><li>Ensure adequate content knowledge level for key internal stakeholders</li><li>Train where applicable, Teams on updates that are relevant to their disease area</li><li>Provide medical governance support to ensure compliance for promotional/non promotional activities</li></ul><b>
MI Accountable</b><br>
<ul><li>Communicating global and regionally relevant information to MI responsible(s) in the country, ensure communication and collaboration with regional and global MI</li><li>Identifying country-specific business needs and computerized system improvements and sharing them with regional/global MI</li><li>Ensuring the distribution of relevant MI reports</li><li>Ensuring all MI responsible(s) in the affiliates are trained adequately on MI processes and medical computerized system, including onboarding training for newcomers</li><li>Following Quality related MI Accountable responsibilities described in the Medical Information Minimum Standards</li><li>Facilitate MI Inspection Readiness in the affiliate</li><li>Ensuring reconciliations processes with local Drug Safety and local Quality are in place</li></ul></div><div><b>
Pipeline Product Strategic Support</b><br>
<ul><li>Providing insight and recommended actions linking to the highest value propositions (VP&rsquo;s) for the affiliate pipeline products and/or new indications.</li><li>Actively engage with a diversity of stakeholders (Internal and External) to support, inform and shape the ecosystem for new therapeutic areas.</li><li>Act as &ldquo;custodian&rdquo; of data and evidence (in partnership with relevant internal stakeholders) to ensure credible communication of the value of Roche propositions</li><li>Deliver relevant content/ ensure content accuracy of core documents, e.g., API, Regulatory documents</li></ul><b>
Affiliate RWD</b><br>
<ul><li>Leverage external and internal stakeholder inputs/partner with key stakeholders to identify data generation Gaps.</li><li>Support and coordinating all clinical programs (including clinical studies and Preapproval access program)</li></ul></div><p></p><div><b>
Who you are</b><br>
<b>Required Qualifications and Expertise</b><br>
<ul><li>BA in Pharmacy/Medical</li><li>Preferably not less than 5 Years of experience in Pharma Industry/ related Disease Area</li><li>Previous Experience in Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Area is preferred</li><li>Master the scientific knowledge (incl competitive landscape)</li><li>Established knowledge base/ skill set in</li></ul>
Data generation (clinical trials; IIS, RWE programs)<br>
Data literacy: translation of data sets into value and outcomes-based communication platforms<br>
Generation of med info content (FAQs, Standard Responses, etc.)<br>
Medical education program content generation and program management<br>
