 POSITION SUMMARY
 
 
 
 The Clinical Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, supporting the sales process, and delivering training and education to new and existing accounts&mdash;both remotely and in the field. This hybrid role blends sales hunting with clinical expertise to open new doors, support the sales team, and drive adoption within targeted market segments including Wellness, Medi-spa, Medi-gym, Medical weight loss, Concierge Medicine and Nutrition practices.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 PRIMARY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES

 Sales Development &amp; Lead Generation

 to join our Lymphedema &amp; Lipedema Business Unit.&nbsp;As a leading compression solution provider, we are not just a company that manufactures products.&nbsp; We are a global team on a mission to help people feel their best.&nbsp; The Lymphedema &amp; Lipedema Business Unit is an initiative and strategic investment toward expanding the Sigvaris Group capabilities and presence into this clinical area that began in 2021.&nbsp; This important program will have a positive impact on the quality of life of patients living with Lymphedema &amp; Lipedema.&nbsp; The Sigvaris Lymphedema &amp; Lipedema Clinical Sales Specialist will assist in the continued expansion of the program.&nbsp; The Clinical Sales Specialist will be responsible for growing revenue in the Lymphedema &amp; Lipedema market through new business lead generation and key account support.&nbsp; They will promote and support the Sigvaris Lymphedema &amp; Lipedema program, brand and product lines through education, in-serving and sales services for current and potential customers and clinicians in the Southeast Region of the United States.&nbsp; The Clinical Sales Specialist will provide clinical education, sales strategy and support in order to assist in achieving or exceeding projected sales goals and increasing sales revenues within assigned product lines.&nbsp; Partnering closely with the Senior Commercial Director, Product Management and existing Sales Team and Sales Training department, this role is critical to building the program capabilities.&nbsp; The ideal candidate will be energized by the opportunity to create something fresh and beneficial in this space!

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&bull; The Clinical Sales Specialist will be responsible for growing revenue in the Lymphedema &amp; Lipedema market through new business lead generation and key account support to include virtual calls, in-person calls, in-servicing, etc.
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&bull; Educates customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by creating and delivering presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g. slides, papers, manuals) to keep all customers abreast of the latest product, therapy updates, and technology developments and current items of interest in the industry.
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&bull; Meets with existing and potential customers (e.g. physicians, therapists, nurses, clinical office groups, DMEs, pharmacies, fitters) by traveling (in an automobile, airplane, etc.) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate and train them on how company products can help them to achieve their goals.
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&bull; Develops relationships with customer personnel at all levels including staff, clinicians, and administrators (e.g. through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences or clinical society activities) to make new contacts and to identify key decision makers in order to facilitate future sales.
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&bull; Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g. sales, marketing, leadership) to develop optimal solutions.
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&bull; Provides direction, guidance and exercise significant latitude and independence in their assignments.
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&bull; Assist in educating internally and coaches other team members from their position of clinical expertise.
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&bull; Implements and monitors strategies outlined by the quarterly plan of action for the area. Champion for supporting market development, product launch, and competitive product intelligence.
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&bull; Work with sales management to proactively identify strategic initiatives that improve the effectiveness of the area and organization.
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&bull; Completes business reports, tracks business critical data and is accountable to a quarterly plan of action.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 EDUCATION and/or WORK EXPERIENCE:
 
 
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&bull; BA/BS required in related clinical field plus a minimum of more than two (2) years of clinical work experience in the area of lymphedema therapy, lipedema, fat diseases, vascular, wound care or related experience. (CLT preferred).
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&bull; Sales experience within the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry is preferred but some customer-facing sales experience is required.
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&bull; Proficient in relevant software applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&bull; Knowledge of business principles and practices preferred but not required.
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&bull; Willingness to travel within the region 40% to 60%

The Territory Account Manager will:
<ul><li>Represent the organization by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects in order to sell the organization's ACUVUE&reg; Brand Contact Lenses.
</li><li>Apply a broad knowledge of the organization's products, services and marketing campaigns to close sales and maintain relations with specifically identified customers.
</li><li>Uncover and understand customer&rsquo;s strategic priorities, buying motives, end user needs, office processes, and business operations across segments while demonstrating the ability to gain an order or product commitment.
</li><li>Be responsible for learning the organization's products, services and policies in preparation for selling. This will be accomplished by participating in sales training activities, studying marketing techniques by reading manuals, attending seminars and working in the field with more experienced sales representatives.

</li><li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license issued in the United States.
