 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&bull; The Clinical Sales Specialist will be responsible for growing revenue in the Lymphedema &amp; Lipedema market through new business lead generation and key account support to include virtual calls, in-person calls, in-servicing, etc.
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&bull; Educates customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by creating and delivering presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g. slides, papers, manuals) to keep all customers abreast of the latest product, therapy updates, and technology developments and current items of interest in the industry.
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&bull; Meets with existing and potential customers (e.g. physicians, therapists, nurses, clinical office groups, DMEs, pharmacies, fitters) by traveling (in an automobile, airplane, etc.) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate and train them on how company products can help them to achieve their goals.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 EDUCATION and/or WORK EXPERIENCE:
 
 
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&bull; BA/BS required in related clinical field plus a minimum of more than two (2) years of clinical work experience in the area of lymphedema therapy, lipedema, fat diseases, vascular, wound care or related experience. (CLT preferred).
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&bull; Sales experience within the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry is preferred but some customer-facing sales experience is required.

The Clinical Sales Specialist is responsible for providing technical sales support for all medical products. Support will be provided to Leica&rsquo;s Medical customers, as well as to Independent Manufacturer&rsquo;s Representatives (IMRs) in all facets of their selling activities. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by acting as the primary clinical and technical resource. Collaborate with IMR teams, Sales Leadership, Customer Service, Product Management, R&amp;D, Finance, Marketing, and Manufacturing to address customer needs and drive successful outcomes.</li><li>

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $70,300.00&ndash;$90,000.00.

Johnson &amp; Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. 
Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.
The anticipated base range for this position is $54,000-$97,000.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation&rsquo;s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company&rsquo;s discretion on an individual basis.

</li><li>Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington &ndash; up to 56 hours per calendar year
</li><li>Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays &ndash; up to 13 days per calendar year.</li><li>
