The Clinical Services Specialist serves as a resource to the center staff to identify, guide and support clinical outcomes following Federal, state, and local regulations.

<b>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</b><br>
1. Implements and evaluates effectiveness of policies and procedures for clinical services through routine visits to centers, education, observation, and discussion with center staff.
<br>2. Attend center-based meetings (stand up, clinical and risk) routinely and offered feedback for enhancement.
<br>3. Assists centers in assuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to clinical services. Provides support to the centers before, during and after regulatory surveys.
<br>4. Assists centers in the development of a plan of correction (POC) to address deficiencies cited during federal, state, and local and internal surveys or audits. Provides POC oversight and reports finding to the Chief Clinical Officer.
<br>5. Assists assigned centers in developing and monitoring clinical systems to improve quality of life for the patients and residents.
<br>6. Develops nursing leadership through orientation and on-going training.
<br>7. Monitors assigned centers QM and 5 STAR results and assists centers to maintain/improve overall scores.
<br>8. Provides routine on-site and remote support and guidance to the Directors of Nursing as they face the challenges of performing their daily tasks including clinical, financial, and human resource management.
<br>9. Communicates in person with the center specific leadership staff the outcome of each center visit. Collaborates with center staff to develop an action plan to address identified opportunities for improvement.
<br>10. Provides weekly updates on the clinical outcomes of assigned centers to the Chief Nursing Officer and Regional Operations Director.
<br>11. Other duties, as assigned.

<b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b><br>
1. Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia.
<br>2. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in long term care, with experience as a Nursing Administrator
<br>3. Solid understanding of federal and state regulations for long term care.
<br>4. Experience in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Activities.
<br>5. Demonstrates strong communication skills and exemplify good customer service.
<br>6. Promotes a culture of Service Excellence.

Identify and report all adverse events and device deficiencies to Medical Safety per company protocol</li><li>
Address reports requiring root cause analysis and respond to requests for feedback or input from physicians, as requested by Safety</li><li>
Provide ongoing feedback to Research &amp; Development through approved communication channels regarding the clinical performance of products</li><li>
Respond to unsolicited requests for information related to CRRT devices, following Standard Operating Procedures and Ethics and Compliance Guidelines</li><li>
Assist with tradeshow demonstrations as deemed appropriate by Management and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures</li><li>
Achieve allocated annual sales targets</li></ul><p></p><p>
Your Profile:</p><p></p><ul><li>
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of CRRT</li><li>
Knowledge and expertise in CRRT and related clinical practices</li><li>
Basic medical knowledge and understanding of critical care environments</li><li>
Medical or Nursing degree preferred</li><li>
Proficient in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)</li><li>
Basic computer skills</li><li>
Flexible and willing to travel as required</li></ul><p></p><p>
