The goal of the Athabascan Behavioral Health Clinic project is to transform the community behavioral health system by providing comprehensive, coordinated behavioral health care. The Clinic provides culturally specific programming, strength-based services, community-wide engagement, evidence-based practices, and early intervention.</p><p><br>
</p><p><b>POSITION SUMMARY:</b></p><div>
The position provides clinical oversight having the overall responsibility of all clinical services within the grant project including operation in congruence with the treatment philosophy, approach, and service delivery model in compliance with State and Commission for Accreditation for Residential Facilities (CARF) standards along with achievement of project goals and objectives, outreach, monthly and quarterly grant and program reports, with clinical supervision and clinical trainings. Job Summary</p><p>
The Outpatient Clinical Supervisor's main responsibility is to provide consistent clinical individual and group supervision to staff and interns. The clinical supervisor is responsible for ensuring some program management functions such as reviewing and approving all client documentation, ensuring compliance for billable hours of their assigned staff, and ensuring staff development. Supervise 2nd Year Master level Interns referred from various clinical programs that include counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy programs.</li><li>
Provide clinical supervision to licensed master level clinicians working toward independent licensure as needed.</li><li>
Develop and maintain communication and appropriate working relationships with staff and Administration.</li><li>
Act as a liaison and program spokesperson to the community when necessary or appropriate</li><li>
Develop and maintain coordination and linkages with other agencies, service organizations (CYFD JPPO/PSD), managed care entities, and CYFD, others as needed or appropriate</li><li>
Participate in the development of networking meetings, public presentations, media announcements, inter-agency trainings and staffing with agencies to include schools, CYFD Juvenile Justice Division and Protective Services Division</li><li>
Participate in program meetings and related committees as needed or appropriate</li><li>
Maintain a caseload and provision of therapy and related services appropriate to each client. Client record documentation shall be timely, accurate and maintained according to agency and contract standards.
