Travel throughout the Denver Metro &amp; North of Denver areas may be required.Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure delivery of exceptional patient care across diverse settings such as home health, assisted living, and long-term care facilities</li><li>Oversee patient assessments, medical documentation, and clinical procedures including IV infusion, catheter care, tube feeding, and ventilator management</li><li>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing home health services in Colorado</li><li>Monitor and audit lines of care to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to care plans</li><li>Conduct regular chart audits and clinical reviews to maintain quality standards</li><li>Lead Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts</li><li>Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of clinical policies and procedures</li><li>Provide administrative and operational support to the VP of Clinical Services</li><li>Collaborate with field clinicians to ensure best practices in patient care delivery</li><li>Identify gaps in care or documentation and implement corrective actions</li><li>Support training and onboarding of clinical staff as needed</li><li>Maintain accurate records and reporting related to compliance and QA activities</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado (in good standing)</li><li>Minimum of 2+ years of home health experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of home health regulations, compliance standards, and documentation requirements</li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong communication and leadership abilities</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with In-Home Support Services (IHSS) strongly preferred</li><li>Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting</li><li>Familiarity with KanTime</li></ul>Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Continuing education credits</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Disability insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wheat Ridge, CO 80033
