We have an excellent full time opportunity for a<b> Clinician</b> to provide outpatient treatment to individual/families of the Behavioral Health Center in an office and/or outreach basis. The starting salary range is $54,870 - $56,950</p><p><b>
Duties and responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Clinicians will provide therapy services - individual, group, couples or family. Services may be office based, school based, community based or via telehealth as appropriate for the clinical needs of the client.</li><li>
Clinicians will attend case conferences and multi-disciplinary meetings. Clinicians will be expected to maintain caseload as assigned to perform assessment, treatment, planning and ongoing psychotherapy.</li><li>
Clinicians will make referrals to other resources, agencies, clinics, and hospitals as needed.</li><li>
Clinicians may be called upon to provide trainings and to participate in the clinic staff training program, as well as being available as a consultant on clinical work issues.</li><li>
Ongoing supervision will be provided to meet requirement of the agency and licensing bodies.</li><li>
Clinicians will provide on-call triage to clients of FSA&rsquo;s Behavioral Health Center on a rotating basis. Each on call shift is weekly, Tuesday to Tuesday from 5pm to 9am weekdays and 24 hours per day on weekends and holidays. Clinicians are reimbursed at a rate week per on-call rotation week.</li><li>
Clinicians will be required to submit a timesheet biweekly.</li><li>
Full-time Clinicians receive 3 weeks Paid Time off and 11 Paid Holidays. Paid Time off must be used by June 30th of each fiscal year unless the clinician starts in the final quarter of the fiscal year. Such person will have until October 1st of the next fiscal year to take accrued PTO. Full-time clinicians working 40 hours will be expected to bill 56 billable units per pay period.</li></ul><b>
Education and Experience:</b><ul><li>
Must have a Masters in Social Work, Clinical Psychology or related field.</li><li>
Must be licensed or license eligible. &ndash; LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, LMFT.<ul><li>

<b>Clinician Job Responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul>
<li>Consistently outreach and build relationships with displaced and unhoused persons; meet participants where they are physically and behaviorally at known “hangouts” or “hot spots” within the community, hospital settings and anywhere applicable.</li>
<li>Make referrals to necessary care and support services utilizing warm handoffs.</li>
<li>Work closely with any existing care team(s) of individuals being served.</li>
<li>Monitor engagement in services and status of permanent housing through continued connection to ensure stability, independence and wellbeing in their new community.</li>
<li>Administer assessments related to mental health, addiction, and/or social determinants of health (training is provided).</li>
<li>Crisis management and safety planning using the Columbia Protocol and other best practices.</li>
<li>Completes all required documentation, in timelines in accordance with program standards.</li>
</ul>
<b>Clinician Qualifications:</b><br>
<ul>
<li>A licensed master’s degree or higher in social work, mental health counseling, nursing, or psychology is required (ex. LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist, RN, etc.); individuals actively pursuing licensure or holding a CASAC Advanced certification are also eligible.</li>
<li>Experience providing advocacy with homeless and/or precariously housed populations is preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Experience as a provider and/or recipient of behavioral health, substance use and/or homeless services.</li>
<li>Ability to diagnose, document and treat conditions through developing patient-centered treatment plans.</li>
<li>Knowledge of:</li>
<li>homeless resources within the community;</li>
<li>treatment, rehabilitation, and community support programs as they relate to recipient/residents, families, and staff;</li>
<li>community-based organizations and opportunities for continuing wellness development of participants;</li>
<li>Intentional Peer Support models, best practices and methods of implementation;</li>
<li>Broad-based health and related concerns that could be experienced by those who are unhoused or transitioning into housing.</li>
<li>· Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.</li>

The ISO Home Based Clinician reports to the clinical supervisor and serves as a primary therapist and contact for all in-home clients assigned. The ISO Clinician utilizes evidence-based treatment methodologies and ensures the effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for clients on their caseload.</p>

</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Adheres to all documentation requirements of service delivery including assessment writing and report writing.</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Participates in reporting progress to the court system through in person appearances and written reporting as requested.</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Provides therapeutic intervention to children, adults, and families as assigned in home and community-based settings.</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Provides parent education and supervised visitation to children, adults, and families in home and community-based settings.</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Serves as clinical lead on cases when multiple providers are assigned.</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Interfaces with DCYF, the NH court system, schools, behavioral health providers, and any other involved members of the treatment team as necessary to provide quality service delivery.</p>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>On-call rotation: responsible for responding to phone to provide support to families as utilized.</p>
</li><li><p><b><i>Early evening availability required for working hours. Most visits to clients are in the afternoon or early evenings. Must have flexible availability to work due to this. Schedule/hours are subject to our clients needs.</i></b></p>
