Job Overview We are seeking an energetic Interior Designer to bring innovative and functional design solutions to new homebuyers. You will collaborate closely with buyers guiding them through the selection process while creating and inspiring interior spaces that reflect thier vision, lifestyle, and budget. Your expertise in design and the construction processes will play a key role in this position.Duties<ul><li>Conduct professional Design Center appointments with homebuyers.</li><li>Prepare detailed drawings and specifications of design materials.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets; present design proposals clearly and confidently.</li><li>Manage project timelines, and resources effectively to ensure seamless execution from the design concept through construction.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, and suppliers to maintain design trends and product knowledge.</li><li>Work with builder sales team members to ensure all scopes of work and files are completed on time.</li><li>Support the design studio operations by maintaining displays and products.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in Interior Design or related education.</li><li>Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent project management skills.</li><li>Ability to intrepret builder specification standards, products specifications, and basic construction drawings</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft office, ability to adapt to design or builder project software (RFMS, AutoCAD , NewStar) is a plus.</li><li>Ability to communicate proficiently, and build relationships.</li><li>If you&rsquo;re passionate about interior design combined with meticulous project management skills &mdash; we want to hear from you!</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $51,937.98 per yearExpected hours: 25.0 per weekWork Location: In person
