The Al Meylas Lounge Server provides professional and attentive service to guests, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience in accordance with the outlet&rsquo;s standards.<br>

<b>Main Duties and Responsibilities
</b><br>
1. Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
<br>
2. Present menus, recommend dishes, and explain daily specials.
<br>
3. Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and ambiance.
<br>
4. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
<br>
5. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
<br>
6. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
<br>
7. Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
<br>
8. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the F&amp;B Supervisor or F&amp;B Outlet Manager

</b><br>
<ul><li>A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
</li><li>An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
</li><li>High level of understanding and knowledge of F&amp;B operations
</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
</li><li>Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

As a Head Hostess at Royal Tea Room, you will use your charm to carry out a natural conversation with Guests without sounding scripted or intrusive. You will demonstrate your effective communication skills, customer service skills and your efficiency as a team player by working closely with the Bar and Dining area team. You will have the opportunity to be part of the best restaurants, bars and pubs and showcase your ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment. We also make sure you have the right support with the right training and leadership along the way. You will attend both external and internal training courses, developing your skills and fine-tuning your food and beverage acumen.</div><br>
