As Club Lounge Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:</h2><ul>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">The Role of the Assistant Server &ndash; Lobby Lounge
</h3>As an Assistant Server in the Lobby Lounge, you play an essential role in creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will support the service team in delivering attentive, personalized, and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Your responsibilities include assisting with table setup and mise en place, serving food and beverages promptly and professionally, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring the lounge environment remains immaculate at all times. You will work closely with Servers and Supervisors to ensure seamless service flow during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening lounge operations.
A strong understanding of our menu offerings &mdash; including specialty coffees, teas, light meals, and desserts &mdash; will allow you to confidently assist guests and support recommendations. Attention to detail, anticipation of guest needs, and a polished demeanor are key to enhancing the overall guest experience.

 Wynn Al Marjan is currently seeking a
 
 General Manager &ndash; Lobby Lounge
 
 to join the resort&rsquo;s
 
 Food &amp; Beverage
 
 team.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

 Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, culinary, people, and financial performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive top-line revenue while controlling costs, labour productivity, and maximizing profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, coach, and develop department heads and team members to build a performance-driven culture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with culinary and bar leaders on menu development, promotions, and guest personalization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse guest feedback, operational KPIs, and financial metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all service and food quality standards are consistently met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure full compliance with health, safety, licensing, and hygiene regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and guest confidentiality.
 </li>

 Manage inventory, equipment, and resources effectively.
 </li>

 Prepare and present regular operational and financial reports.

 Supervise scheduling, training, and POS system operations.

 The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

 Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role in a casual dining environment.

 Prior experience in fast paced, high-end / luxury restaurant is required.
 </li>

 Strong financial literacy with a proven track record of P&amp;L accountability and operational efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to lead teams in high-volume, high-expectation environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong organizational and time management skills.
