CLUB SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We're seeking a Club Service Technician to join our Service team at our NeueHouse Madison Square property. The Club Service Technician will report directly to the Service Manager.

Schedule: Weekday shifts are typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with occasional later shifts as needed.

What You'll Do:

The Club Service Technician delivers warm, anticipatory hospitality to members and guests, ensuring an exceptional club experience at every touchpoint. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, service-driven mindset.

Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Student Engagement and Leadership, the Coordinator of Student Engagement and Leadership will assist in the growth and management of a student-centered activities program that fosters engagement among students, leadership development and academic achievement. The Coordinator will partner with other Student Affairs colleagues to promote a campus community that values actively engaging students socially, artistically, and interpersonally. 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 4+ years of warehouse, inventory, or operations experience (with at least 1&ndash;2 years in a leadership or supervisory role)

 Experience managing people and workflows in a physical operations environment
 </li>

 Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 High School diploma or GED required (Bachelor&rsquo;s degree a plus but not required)
